My car key broke in half, and many people suggested I go to Ace. I was turned away from many hardware stores, because nobody could make a copy from the two pieces. When I called, I was greeted by Nick. I told him my problem, and he instantly told me he, and many of the other employees were skilled at duplicating keys. Im so glad I came here because the key he mended and duplicated works. If you need a key duplicated, I would suggest you go to this location!

Try to use small businesses because I am one too... Should get better service. Went there especially to use a coupon, my bad, was chatting and forgot to use it.... Went back the next day to see if they would honor it.... NOPE... Lots of big box stores do. I do, too bad he doesnt... Wont be back...

Ive never been to an Ace with such bad service. They usually have lots of helpful people on the floor and friendly cashiers. Dont plan on coming here and getting any help on the floor or getting out quickly. I will not be back.

Very bad service on a return.was like pulling teeth to return a defective item..lost a lifelong customer today.they even needed my i.d to return a 1.99$ item.unbelievable
