I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and within the past year or 2 things have drastically changed. Staff isnt down but youd think they were. Only way to get quick service is by going inside and even then they act like they dont see you. I have given them the benefit of the doubt and waited a good 10-15 mins before I push the "help" button and all of a sudden 5-6 people show up when there was just 1, not only giving a local her prescription but chatting for about 20 minutes about god knows what while I patiently wait. Then when someone appears they act extremely irritated and very short/quick with you. Scripts are never filled on time, I no longer get texts that they are ready, but yet theyve asked me 3 times the correct #. Im sorry but Ive got 3 kids all on deferent schedules and unless you have time to wait or shop plan on being there close to an hour. A lot of the times they dont have the product or its just always something. Very inconvenient and frustrating. Would not recommend to anyone.

Clean and well organized Friendliness: Hit or miss in afternoon & early evenings. Staff are more helpful in the mornings but my best experience is late at night as they make my quick trip at the end of my night enjoyable. The stock people are friendly and check out goes without a hitch. :) Produce: Some items are usually too shriveled or soft (worst offenders being peppers, cucumbers, and tomatoes). A plus is that they remodeled the produce area and its better organized. Im not a Spartan products fan as they often have extra ingredients compared to name brands. Example: Planters vs. Spartan Peanuts 0_o Tip: Check expiration dates on products before they go in your basket/cart. Overall, Id say this location is pretty average. It usually has what I need and the location is convenient.

I always shop here. It is about .50 cents more expensive but if u shop right with the sales it ends up the same as anywhere else. Ive never had expired food from there unless I buy the meat that is going to expire and is clearenced out then I freeze it. I always grab that stuff. I dont know what that person is talking about above me. Must be an previous employee that is upset or something. Most Zeelanders shop here and love it. There isnt another grocery near by so gas would add up to even more than some of there markups

I love Family Fare on Riley. Its close to our home and very convenient. The only bad thing I can say is that it frustrates me the way the .50 gas coupons expire so much sooner than the others. The coupon is earned through LOTS of groceries purchased...and it should be good for the same time period the lower values like the .05 and .10 coupons are. .50 off a gallon is huge to me...and its the primary reason why we shop there....so stop being unfair about this.

Never goin there again! Had a lady named judy following me around the store even jumping into my conversations....she came over to my lane and closed it after me then check my bag and receipt....she was sure that I stole something, even talking to her employees and had them lookin at me....crazy lady, crazy store!

This is the WORST Family Fare location! The food is always spoiled or past its expiration date (even things like muffin mix!). The prices are high, so you would expect to be able to get upper end, or at least quality products there - NOT SO! Dont waste your time by shopping here.

Depends on what kind of family you have to be welcomed here. The most unfriendly experience youll have grocery shopping. Service is atrocious. Starbucks seemed very selective with their friendliness. Uneducated staff, and also spread misinformation. Like seriously?

This place is an expensive supermarket. They advertise low prices bit you need to have there rewards program. If you are not part of it you pay a bit more. I prefer a Walmart or meijers where its cheaper without being a rewards member

Found everything I wanted, also there was always someone available to ask if necessary. Prices comparable to other stores, plus not extremely large that it takes "hours"to get through.

I shop here because it is a grocery store only. It is way less crowded than the others and you can actually get a real person to check you out and help bag your groceries.

This Family Fare is clean and well stocked. They have a product location map on the cart which is very helpful. The staff is friendly and checkout is typically quick.

Great produce and meats! My only complaint is that if you dont have a membership to the rewards program, the prices are much higher than Meijer or Walmart.
