Fafama was suggested to me by a friend who had purchased a car from them and planned to purchase another soon because she had a great first experience with them. I was in the market for a small SUV, so I went on their website and looked at what they had to offer. Right away I saw the car I wanted to go and check out. It was a 2010 Toyota Rav4. When I got to the dealership I met Bruno who was very knowledgeable about every car on the lot. He answered all my questions and seemed honest which can be rare when dealing with used car dealerships. After looking at a handful of cars, including the Rav4, I decided to test drive it. I knew this was the car, so I went right ahead and started the paperwork with Bruno. He was never pushy about the purchase which was also a positive part of the experience. A week after owning the car, I had to bring it back in because a caliper had loosened and fallen out, causing the brakes to make a horrible knocking sound. They took it in the next morning and had it fixed that afternoon free of charge. A few weeks later, I took the car to my own trusted mechanic to have him do a full check of the car for anything else that might be wrong as I did notice a slight but strange noise coming from the back end of the car. Unfortunately the rear differential was bad and needed replacement. I called Fafama, they took it back in right away and checked out the issue. They confirmed that it was bad and handled the new replacement through Toyota since the car was still under Toyotas warrantee. Although they werent the ones to fix it, they dealt with the whole process for me and the car was ready within days. They also provided a loaner car which was very helpful. The only thing that was a somewhat negative part of this whole experience was the fact that the cars tires were close to being bald and all needed to be replaced. They wouldnt replace them free of charge under the dealerships warrantee because the car passed inspection (but just barely due to the tires). They did however give me a very good deal on a new set, and did not charge me for the alignment, etc., just the tires themselves. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely suggest Fafama to others.

HANDS DOWN the worst dealership I have ever went to. First, i drove an hr to get to this place.. Asked to take the vehicle on a test drive ; Jordan * my sales person * hands me the keys and says " see you in a few" . I thought that was odd ; why wouldnt he come outside with me & tell me a little bit more about the car? . But anyways ... I was looking at the 2010 Nissan Altima Coupe ; stock # : 4162 ; VIN # : 1N4AL2EP9AC122844 .. my sister & I took it on a test drive ; didnt drive too smoothly. but i had plans to purchase it & take it to my mechanic & have him take a look at it . Told Jordan i would be back with my mother to take a second look at the vehicle. Prior to leaving that day i specifically asked him if the vehicle had any ACCIDENTS OR DAMAGE to the vehicle.. he assured me that there was not ; even pulled up the car fax which stated no accidents/ damage . Maybe a week later, i went back with my mother, we drove the car . I put a 1500 down payment on the vehicle , went to the bank DCU to get the loan ; the rep from DCU plugged n the vin # of that vehicle & let me know that AUTOCHECK shows that the vehicle has 3 .... 3 ACCIDENTS !!!!!! i immediately called Jordan and told him about the information that i just learned . He basically called me a liar and told me he would call me back after he spoke with manager. Maybe 5 minutes later he calls me back ; i told him i wanted my down payment back & i will not be purchasing the vehicle . he said i wouldnt get my money back. ! Finally i spoke with his manager & his manager checked Auto Check himself and confirmed that the vehicle DOES HAVE 3 ACCIDENTS . till this day it is listed on their site & it claims to have a clean car fax ; but in reality the vehicle has accidents & some serious BODY WORK has been done to that vehicle . . long story short ; i ended up getting my money back . I will NEVER GO BACK THERE ! They are LIARS !!!!!!! . Good luck to whoever purchases from them .

This is the worst dealership I have every dealt with. Stay away from this place you are better off going to a junkyard. I traded in my truck for a smaller car I took the car for a test drive and found the brakes werent up to par and asked them to take a look at them. They said no issue with the brakes the car had been sitting for a while so I bought the car. After driving the car for a few days, the brakes still didnt feel right so I took it to a local mechanic to have the brakes looked at, and he was amazed that I didnt crash the car. The brakes were so bad he wouldnt let me leave unless the brakes were fixed, or I sign I waver because he didnt want to take the responsiblity in case something happen to me. He even showed me the brakes I couldnt believe it. I had to shell out over $500 to get the car fix. I contacted the dealership, and I was told the sales manager would call me back never received a call. The worst part was they never paid off my truck. I was still making monthly payments on the truck even thou they told me that the trucks was paid off. The only way I found out was the bank called and said why I didnt make a paid on the truck loan. I was so baffled. I am almost ruined my credit by missing a payment. I contacted the dealership, and I was told the bank had reject the payment to pay off the truck. I found out from the bank it was a totally lie because the bank didnt receive anything from the dealership. I was still making payments on a truck I didnt even own while they had the truck up for sale on their lot. It was only after they sold the truck is when they paid off the loan so they could get the title for it. After many phone calls I was told I would get a refund for the money I had paid on the truck while it sat on their lot up for sale. Still to this day I havent received one dime.

my recent car purchase at fafama was the first of my life. all of my other cars (3) had been purchased by my father on my behalf. this was the first time i ever did all the work myself. i have to say, fafama came recommended by my incredibly trustworthy, local mechanic. that was why i first began to peruse their website. after going on a number of test drives at other dealerships, i decided it was time to go to fafama for my ultimate purchase. i very much liked that i was able to test drive the car by myself- someone from the dealer does not go with you. i also liked that i was told to be leisurely about it, and take my time. at no point did i feel any pressure to make a decision. my sales rep, alex, was very friendly, polite, and accommodating. we established a very cordial relationship which i appreciated but, again, no pressure. the transaction process was fairly simple and straightforward. i am experienced in reading contracts and there were no hidden fees, etc. this is a no-haggle dealer, and that is exactly what i was looking for. since my purchase, i have had to return to the dealer for a few very minor items. no repairs, just attention-to-detail type stuff. i have been remembered (which was very nice), and treated very promptly and respectfully. my purchase came with 2 years of free oil changes, and some warranty, so, based on my experience with the service side of things, i am already confident that i will be well taken care of. i highly recommend fafama if you are looking for a safe and no-pressure atmosphere to test-drive and purchase your new car.
