My suggestion to anyone looking to buy a new or used car is DO NOT GO TO FLOOD MAZDA. I was lied to and cheated out of my money. I was looking to trade in my car and I had come across a car that liked on Floods website. I went down to look at it and ended up buying. The sales guy was nice but if I had known what the service was going to be like and how rude these people are I would have never bought the car. After buying the car I was taken into the finance office to sign the paperwork. The finance manager put an extended service warranty and gap insurance on my car without even telling me it was optional. So that added 3590.00 to the price of the car. A couple days later I noticed damage to the front hood and bumper. I was very upset so I called the dealership to find out what we could do to fix it. I called for three days and emailed and I never got a call back or an email. I ended up driving down to the dealership and talking with the gm and the service manager face to face. The GM started yelling and screaming saying that there was nothing wrong with the car. He told me that his service team took the car apart to paint it and didnt put it back together right. Like come on you are a big dealership and your service team doesnt know how to put a car back together? What does this show for your service team. Anyways I told him I didnt want the car anymore. He told me if i wanted another car that I had to come back another day.I was there at 6 and they close at 8. I was like no you have five sales guys pacing the floors and your telling me one of them cant help me? So I said forget you lost my business. I drove off the lot and went to the dealership down the road. They were very helpful and friendly. I traded in the car and I had to go back to Mazda to cancel the two products. On both contracts it says if you cancel within 30 days of buying the car you will receive a full refund. I cancelled both within 15 days. I had the finance manager put it in writing that both products were cancelled within 30 days and also how much i was getting back. Stephen told me I will be getting a check within six to eight weeks. Six weeks went by and no check. I called Stephen and he said that both products have been cancelled and that he was waiting for the money from the companies to be put in their account. Eight weeks came and went and still no check. I called and no one returned a call and I even got hung up on. I went down to the dealership and Stephen called both companies in front of me and he told me some long story about why I havent gotten the check yet.He told me both companies were cutting me a check and I would get them at the end of the week. Well two weeks before that he told me the check was coming from the dealership. Lie number 1. twelve weeks came and went so finally I got fed up and called the two companies myself. They told me they had never gotten any notice of a cancellation until June 1, three months after I had first gone down there to cancel the products. I went down to Flood the next day and confronted them. They told me the companies were lying to me. Needless to say I had to finally get an attorney in order to get my check. Oh and they still cheated me out of 140.00 Because they chose to send in the cancellations three months after I was originally down there. I was hit with processing and cancellation fees. Its not right, it clearly states on both contacts if you cancel within thirty days you will receive a full refund. They took advantage of me because im a girl and they thought I was stupid. I wont give up I deserve whats mine. All this dealership does is lie, cheat and steal from innocent people. Please everyone you dont want to go through what I did. DO NOT GO TO FLOOD MAZDA!!!

Very nice people, was happy that the local Mazda dealer was able to come up with a competitive price to Mazda dealers further away. Had everything set up and agreed to before the car was transferred from another dealer (stick-shift Mazda5s are hard to find) and options installed. The paperwork they pulled out was *completely* different from the agreed upon pricing and financing. They were trying to finance $1,600 more than what should have been at our agreed to price. They finally came down on that so that I was "only" paying $300 more than the agreed to price, but in the process had to ditch the 0.9% financing I had qualified for a slightly higher rate. The financing and total price including tax, title, and registration fees was part of the original agreement with the salesman setup days in advance. In the end, I paid just a hair more for the car. They blamed it on an inexperienced salesman, but I find that rather difficult to believe. Im almost positive this was their intended sales tactic in this case. On a plus side, a number of our friends in the area are Mazda owners, and state that the service shop at this dealer is truly top notch. I guess in the long run, having excellent car service is more important than the sales experience. I certainly dont mind paying just a little more for the car if thats what needs to happen, especially for such an affordable car. Being baldly lied to however is completely inexcusable. I would have asked for my agreement in writing if there had been any shred of ambiguity on what we would pay, and what the financing was. The agreement was made crystal clear on multiple occasions with the dealer, and I decided to take them at their word. If you buy here, make sure all agreements are in writing before committing, and double check all the paperwork before signing. They certainly didnt go out of their way to highlight the $1,600 price increase they tried to sneak in there. You can count me exceptionally disappointed. I will never buy another car through Flood Mazda again. Love the car though.

Found a car we wanted via CarGurus. Made an appointment to see the car on 2015 Sun Sep 27 for noon. When we arrived a few minutes past noon, the car was out front waiting for our test drive. We waited a couple of minutes for our sales person, Kevin Campopiano, to get off a phone call. We then each test drove the car. We like it, so we completed the paperwork. We paid cash for the car and drove it away less than two hours after arriving. Wonderful experience. Here is where our only mild complain comes in. Because Flood does few NH registrations, they didnt know what was involved in signing over the title to us, which involves signing the back of the existing title. Thats it. We were told the title would be mailed as soon as our check cleared and that we should have the signed title (and the second key which wasnt ready) by Thursday that week and that the title would be overnighted to us. We received the title five days after we were told we would get the paperwork needed to register the car. Our complain is that our expectation was not set correctly (it would have been fine to say the title would take two weeks to get to us) and when we called on Friday and Sunday for updates on where the title was, we were given the run around. We did get the key on the original deadline. In the end, no big deal. The car is fantastic, exactly what we were looking for (2014+ Mazda 6 with a standard transmission) and were satisfied with the price we paid.
