Horrible experience in this store: 1. They are dishonest. They repaired the brake pads of our car with low-quality pads last year. Our car started to make big noise after the new brake pads were placed. We first thought its normal as new pads may make noise. But the noise became stronger and stronger then. The truth are finally revealed by other mechanics that the brake pads used to replace the old ones are "junk" as used in their description. 2. They can break promise. We were tending to sell this car to them before we knew the truth shown above. Our car value in KBBs trade-in fair condition is ~$700. He offered us $500 at first. We tried negotiation. But he then only offered $200 after checking their book, which shows the price of other cars having different types, mileages and years from ours. Its ridiculous to compare like this and break a promise with that unreasonable excuse. 3. They are careless and can charge you more. They changed a ball joint for my car last year, and charged me the cost for two ball joints. I luckily found out this and had them refund me. But imagine if I could not check their receipt carefully, I would have to pay nearly 100 bucks for their carelessness.

I have bought several cars from Kingston Auto Sales for my kids first cars. I am very particular when it comes to my kids and cars. While the cars I have purchased have been a little older and less expensive they have all been great cars. My daughter just bought her second car from Kingston Auto and my younger daughter is going to be driving her older car which was bought from Kingston Auto about 5 years ago and is still in grate shape. These folks are honest business men not every customer can be pleased but these guys really will try to give you a good deal of course you have to know a good deal when you get one here in lays the problem. If you know nothing about cars and you need or want a reliable car that is affordable talk to these folks they are not out to rip you off and they will work with you. There is a reason why these folks have been in the same place for long time and hopefully they will be there for a lot longer. Good luck with your next car. Thanks Kingston Auto!!

Sina is an honest, sincere auto salesman and his repair shop has been the same for as long as I can remember too. I just suggested a friend use him for their Subaru. He has a mechanic that used to work for Subaru and does the repairs at a significant discount from the dealer or others in the area just because he can do the repairs in less time with his eyes closed. I usually dont lend my name to any service reviews but this place deserves it. Also, if you are looking to sell your used car to one of these places like carmax...dont do it! Bring your car to Sina to see what he thinks it is worth first! He was very fair and honest with that transaction too.
