Imperial Chevrolet is NOT your average run of the mill dealership! We were looking for a new vehicle and being life long GM owners we decided to try Imperial Chevrolet as we have always heard great things about them. We got lucky and got their best sales person, Travis Hayward. He was polite. He was courteous. He went above and beyond for us. Everything you basically wouldnt expect but would want from a salesman, he was genuine and knowledgeable and honestly we received the best service ever and for a fact he comes highly recommended. With our experience, shortly after receiving our car we had noticed a few issues with our vehicle and werent happy so we brought the car back. Immediately everyone at Imperial Chevrolet went above and beyond to put the gears into motion to satisfy us which lead to us bringing it to their service department. Sean McCabe the service advisor was very professional and attentive to us and actually listened to us to help diagnose the problem and everyone in the service department such as Wayne and a few others were very speedy in resolving our issues and in less than a day we had our car back. We were even supplied with a rental vehicle at no cost to us and we spoke with Alicia and she went above and beyond to help us and answered all of our questions. She was very bubbly, energetic and professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. Also very knowledgeable and very helpful and attentive to our specific needs. Unfortunately we had some other issues and were still not completely satisfied so again we went back. We had spoke with Bruce and surprisingly enough according to THEM buying our car back and putting us into a different vehicle was the best answer. We agreed. For this we dealt with David Boratyn, clearly the best sales manager on the planet! He is a very intelligent individual and a great man! Not only was he just as courteous and polite as Travis, Sean and everyone else at Imperial but he also portrayed the utmost professionalism and was very involved with our specific needs and moved swiftly to remedy our specific situation. We cannot speak highly enough of David. He was just absolutely amazing how he handled everything for us and cannot thank him enough. When it came to the financial aspect of actually buying the car from Imperial we dealt with Ahmad Al-Jallad, also another amazing gentleman. He was very professional and courteous and he talked with us the whole time while we were filling out paperwork to help ease our worries and help pass the time and just made us feel very relaxed and at home. He made that process seemingly fly by with his genuine, warming, and funny personality. He offered us everything they had available to us including a roadside assistance package which I would highly recommend to everyone. It was definitely a very relaxed atmosphere and we felt as though we were in the best hands throughout our whole car buying experience. If we could give each of those people a 10 star rating we would. We would definitely recommend Imperial Chevrolet to all of our family and friends and well definitely go back in the future! Honestly, I would fully recommend for anyone who is looking for a car to go to Imperial Chevrolet to buy it because they will work with you to make sure youre 100% satisfied and 100% happy with your new or used car! 5 stars for sure and if we could give ten stars we would! Absolutely amazing experience! Thank you so much to everyone at Imperial Chevrolet!

Recently purchased a new 2016 Chevy Colorado. Ended up with a great experience, after running into a situation that could have been pretty frustrating. Our sales consultant, Mike MacDonald was extremely upfront and honest with us regarding the best deal he could provide for the truck we were interested in. My current car had recently lost its engine and we were in need of a quick purchase, never a good situation to be buying a new car in. Mike worked with us the best he could to see what they might be willing to do for trade on my vehicle. In the end it was communicated to us, that they really didnt want our broken car, but really wanted to work with us on the price of the truck and gave us a very competitive offer. After leaving to "shop around" we quickly realized that Imperial had the most upfront / honest consultants and best deal to be had. No one came close to their price even with several other "fake" offers for trade in value on our car, which was nothing more then other dealers marking down the price of their trucks (this may have been due to an error on Mikes part, but more on that later.) Thanks to Imperial we had the information we needed to see through these other "false" offers. They were the only ones to come out and say there was little to no value in the trade, and even provided suggestions for how to unload the car after purchasing the new vehicle. When it came time to write up the P&S there was some confusion between Mike and his manager Bruce regarding the deal that was offered to us. After a stressful couple of minutes in the finance office where I thought we might have to back away again, Mike quickly worked with Bruce, admitted he made a mistake on the presentation of the offer to us and Bruce very quickly agreed to the deal on principle. Really respect the way they handled themselves in what could have been a stressful moment. Not sure Bruce was happy with Mike, but hey if your sales guys are a little bummed then that means you probably got a good deal, and I am OK with that. Thanks Imperial, well be back to shop again in the future. note: We ended up selling our broken car on Craigslist, for more then any of the dealerships were willing to offer in trade for the vehicle. highly recommend going this route if there are issues with your vehicle and no incentives to be had.

This review is the sum of six years of experiences with Imperial. They had a five star until now. My past experiences have been excellent. Initially, Dave Cap made the buying experience very relaxed, and Rodger (in parts) spent many hours on the phone trying to track down many discontinued or hard to locate parts. He has been very helpful every time I have visited the parts dept. However, being an experienced mechanic, it is hard to trust my truck with someone else. Nobody cares as much as you do about your vehicle. Unfortunately, this time, I was forced to bring in my truck for brake lines. I was informed by Jessica, my service writer, that they would need to replace the calipers as well because the bleeders were frozen. I had opened them 8 months ago when I replaced the pads. Knowing this, I told her to have the tech try them before we replace them, and if they do replace them, I would like the old ones back even if there is a core. She agreed and said she would “try her best”. Now, I do not expect a service writer to mechanically inclined, so I do not fault her here. When I picked up the vehicle, Sean McCabe was very helpful. He pleasant as always and went out of his way to track down the old parts that I asked returned. When he brought the parts out, I immediately noticed that no wrench ever touched the bleeders, and both cracked with ease. Also, all the new hardware was sitting in the box all nice and shiny. I expected the brake pad hardware was unnecessary as they were just replaced, but the new bracket with boots? The new sliders??? If I’m paying for it, and you’re getting flagged hours for it, you do it. Another thing, if my brakes were bled properly, how is it that my rear bleeders weren’t an issue? (I have never replaced the rear calipers) I can now push the pedal to the floor. It is drivable, but not right. I will be replacing the hardware and bleeding them myself as soon as I can. I have yet to speak with Chuck Ray, the service manager, but I know him through friends and he has been very professional and pleasant when he has helped me out in the past. I do not fault the entire dealership for this incident, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If I had to rate the latest experience, it would be a 2.
