I recently had a bad experience dealing with the service department at the Tewksbury Ira Nissan. I came in describing a specific problem and looking for a diagnosis. A few hours later they had determined the issue via their “computer.” After agreeing to pay $800 dollars for one part - that I now know is no more than $120 dollars online, as well as only 30 minutes of labor – I drive down the road one mile and the problem is still there. At that point the service shop had closed and I would have to find more time later in the week to bring the car back. I come back for a second inconvenient visit, they check their all-knowing “computer” again and say it was a code issue and it should be fixed. Later that day the problem pops right back up. After a third inconvenient visit, I suggest they keep the car and give me a loaner so that I can get back to work. “Unfortunately we don’t offer loaner cars here,” is what Dave the service rep said. After I walk outside to try and find a ride back to work, he miraculously “found a loaner key in his back pocket.” This is not only disrespectful to take advantage of me but just shows that they have no problem lying to the customer’s face. They finally decide to test drive the car to see what I’m describing (maybe should have tried that first?), and determine I need a completely different part for an additional $400 on top of the $800 I already spent for no reason. At this point I’ve had enough B.S. and proceed to tell Dave how much of an inconvenience my 3 trips back to the shop was, along with the fact that I’m 100% sure they mis-diagnosed the problem with my car, only to charge me an arm and a leg for a part I didn’t need. These are certified Nissan “Technicians,” shouldn’t they be able to do a little more than just plug in a computer and assume that everything will be fixed. They should have done their job after they realized the first part did not fix the problem. They did not test drive the car to diagnose the problem nor to see if they had fixed it with their expensive part. I was never offered anything to compensate me for all of the inconveniences along with the fact that I still had the same problem with my car since the beginning, except now I was out $800. This is a terrible way to service cars and the lying service reps are hurting the dealership by upsetting customers. I will never return to any Ira Nissan service departments and will go up the chain to complain about how this particular dealership operates.

I had a terrible experience at Ira Nissan of Tewksbury. I went to the dealership to look at a certified pre-owned Maxima. I was assigned Aurys Pena as my salesman. He went outside to pull the Maxima out front. After the test drive I looked the car over and noticed many things wrong with the car. The brake and VDC warning lights were on, the leather was torn on the driver’s seat, several of the trim pieces were missing or damaged, taillights had condensation inside, two of the mudguards were beginning to fall off, and the fog lights were not screwed in properly and hanging from the top. Most of these issues are unacceptable for a certified preowned vehicle that is supposed the meet Nissan’s highest qualifications. I don’t believe they ever looked over the car before putting it on their lot. Some of the issues should be fixed under the factory warranty. I brought the issues to Aurys attention and he said we could fix the items but it would raise the price of the car and that the current price reflect all of the issues. We went inside and I said I would still be interested in the car if they fixed the items that were wrong with the car. I sat down and Aurys went to the talk to the sales manager about the price and getting the issues fixed. We waited about 5-10 minutes while he spoke with the sales manager and as Aurys walks away he began talking to another customer that comes in. I give him another 5-10 minutes and then walked up to him and asked if he was still working with me for a sale and I said to him that I can just leave and you can call me if you’re going to deal with the other customers. He said he was sorry and that he would be with me in a minute. He came back with a price without the items being fixed and I said I would like items fixed. He went back to the sales manager, then after a couple minutes began talking to the other customers again. After 5 minutes he came back I said I was leaving and he said that he would call me about the price. He never called me back. Aurys was one of the most rude and unprofessional salesmen I have ever dealt with. I ended up buying a pristine condition Maxima at another dealership.

I just purchased a 2014 Pathfinder from Autofair Nissan of Tewksbury and I have to say that overall I am very satisfied with the service and the attention I received. My husband and I came in after doing a lot of research and after talking to two other Nissan dealerships that just couldnt put the deal we wanted together. I sat down with Gabe Despres who understood what I wanted and came back quickly with three options for us to consider. Finally - a car dealer who isnt afraid to lay out your options! Based on what we knew was important to us - we were able to quickly agree on a deal that would work for us - and we did not hesitate to say yes! Gabe then worked his connections to get the exact car I wanted (color, trim and extras). While this did take a couple extra days, it was worth the wait! Ill admit I was worried that once they found the car they would tell us that the cost would go up - but they did not. They stood by their word! I was relieved and impressed! Because we live in NH, Autofair had to deliver the car to us. Gabe sent one of his team members - Paul Dunfee to deliver the car to us. He was very nice and very helpful. He spent an hour with me showing me the car and all the features and making sure I didnt have any other questions. And if I did - he gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly. He was patient and clear and we enjoyed working with him very much. Overall I highly recommend this dealership and would encourage people to ask for Gabe (who is the GM there) or Paul! Thanks so much guys! I LOVE my new Pathfinder!!!

I visited Autofair Nissan in Tewksbury on Sunday. I had a fantastic experience. I did prior research and was in the market for 2016 Nissan Rogue. They were having a “on the move” sales event since they were moving to Drum Hill, so I figured why not stop by and see what they had there. I was quoted a good price from another dealership and was gonna go there if we didn’t see what we liked. We saw a few rogues (without knowing that they have a satellite lot with MORE inventory so ask about that!!). We started to get into our car and head off and one of the employees Johnson started a conversation with us and invited us inside, we took a test drive after he picked up the exact rogue I was looking for at the other lot. I loved it. We started talking numbers, I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, involving a trade in of my Infiniti which I would say I got a average price before. The sales manager Toby came to us and we chatted and brought back a EXTREMELY good price to us. We shook on it and then talked to the Finance manager Matt. They were a bit understaffed (understandable since it was a Sunday afternoon). Everything went well and I picked the car up last night and was treated with white glove service. From beginning to end. I can’t express how professional and nice Johnson, Toby and Matt all were. We had Josh help us out with some of the paperwork too! We will be back to do business in the future.
