Best buying experience Ive ever had. Let me start by saying, their GMC/VW/Mazda dealership BLOWS. All the salesman are idiots from NH who only know GM Trucks. If you ask them where the fuel goes, they will either say they dont know or spend 30 minutes trying to find out. Lucky for them, I was looking at a BMW and not a GMC/Mazda/VW (used to be a VW owner, time to move up). Jim was my salesman, and what a straightforward and enjoyable buying experience I had. Im a big car guy and usually know my stuff about most brands, and Jim was the same way. We had some good car talk, I presented what I wanted, and Jim helped me not only get the car I wanted at the price I wanted, but I did the European delivery too. This car purchasing experience was transformed into the trip of a lifetime! The service at the BMW Welt is AMAZING. They treat you like royalty. Words cannot express how amazing my European Delivery experience was. It couldnt have been possible without the quality salesmanship that I got a Tulley BMW. The car: 2011 (or 2012?) BMW 328i xDrive- Black w/ Saddle Brown Interior 6 Spd Manual Navi Premium and Value Packages Xenons Sat Radio HK Audio Once my lease is up, Im going to be going right back to Tulley, and right back to the Welt.

Bought a used car from there, and I have to say - I will never do business with them again. Lies and deception is all they can offer. Made a deal with them for a specific interest rate, along with payment per month. Went there to pick up the car, and was made to wait over 2 hours while (as the salesman stated) they had to finish up the paperwork. After over 2 hours of waiting we were brought into an office and told that they had to shop around for financing and that the rate was going to be more. When I mentioned that we were promised a specific rate, and payment amount, they basically denied ever stating it. Worst buying experience ever. Had to fight with them to get them to get the payment down to where it should have been. Only got 1 key with the car - even though the sales rep stated they had both. To make matters worse - after being there for over 3 hours, we got home, and found that they never gave us our temporary registration! Called the Finance guy and left a voice message - never returned our call. Emailed the Sales rep, and again, never responded - poor, poor customer service. Avoid these guys like the plague - unless you want to deal with their aggravation.

I ordered the top of the line Jetta and picked it up earlier this year. The car was black and prepped by Tulley and when delivered was covered with swirl and wheel marks, obviously left by an inexperienced person. When I saw the car I mentioned the swirls to the salesman who said he had told them in the prep department and they redid it and this was after it was redone. I can only imagine how bad it looked before that. Instead of letting them touch it again I had to pay $100 to have the car buffed out and have all of the swirls removed at a detailers shop. The detailer commented that he could not believe a new car would be delivered like that. I guess I could have pressed them at Tulley and had them redo it but was afraid they would do even more damage so I paid to have it repaired at the detailers shop and will never go back to Tulley again. I even mentioned the issue on the post-sale survey and gave them low marks on the delivery because of it but nobody seemed to care enough to follow up. Bottom line is there has to be a better place to buy a car.

I walked into Tulley of Nashua expecting to walk out with a GMC Acadia. After some time working out the numbers I still wasnt convinced that it was the vehicle I wanted for that price. The manager came to me with keys for a Buick Enclave and I immediately said "no way" because Buicks are typically driven by older people. It was the color I was looking for and decided to test drive the vehicle. I fell in love with it and walked away that day with a brand new 2015 Buick Enclave! The customer service was fantastic the day I arrived and continued when I went to pick the vehicle up. Everyone was super friendly and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met. They even took me on a tour of the service garage and introduced me to the staff there. I had visited several dealerships in my quest for a new vehicle and pleased that I took the time to drive to Tulley in Nashua. I only wished I lived closer to have all my service done there.

You know, John Peavey and his excellent team of highly skilled techs at Tulley GMC in Nashua NH are the only people I would ever trust to receive any type of critical work for my 2008 Buick Enclave CXL. I knew John when he was just a Tech, and now, the leadership and training he has provided for this team has made them simply outstanding. They always take the extra steps to ensure my vehicle conforms to proper specs, and will make the attempts to square things away properly and resolve difficult issues to my satisfaction. As an MIT grad with a double masters, Ive placed myself into a classification thats exceptionally difficult to please. However, John and his team come through time and time again. I continually recommend this dealership for service on a regular basis. BRAVO!

Choosing another Mazda3 was a no brainer. I am now leasing the brand new 2014 Mazda3 Hatchback. I am happy with the price and customer service. The only complaint goes out to Mazdas supply and the wait to actually obtain my car. I couldnt get the top two colors of vehicles I wanted. Tulley tried there best for a few days to find the vehicle in my preferred color but couldnt obtain it. The process was a little longer than I would of expected so I am happy to give Tulley a happy 4 Stars. Although, my sales representative Andrea would get 5 stars for consistently updating me on the process, providing me with refreshments, and teaching me about all the new options in the 2014.

30 years ago, (at age 27),I bought a 1983 Buick Skylark from Tulley. It was a lemon from the start, and most of my experiences with Tulley and that car were not pleasant to say the least, and I didnt want any more to do with them. I recently aquired a 2009 Buick Lacrosse from my family, a took a chance and brought it to the local Buick dealership (Tulley) for in-warranty service. Yes, things have definitely improved! Dustin Castella was very polite and professional. He called me a couple of times to advise me on how things were progressing, and when it was ready for pick up. Now it is running fine. Yes, I will bring it back to Tulley for service. Thank you!

My wife and I were looking for a cross over SUV. We went to Tulley Mazda and were immediately greeted by Derek Horgan. Derek was able to find exactly what we were looking for within our budget. We had a lot of questions for Derek, but he was able to answer them all even the ones he did not know he was able to hunt down the answers and relay them to us within minutes. Overall great experience at Tulley thanks to Derek. Even though he stated he was new to the company he was able to explain our options and the vehicle features without missing a beat. Overall great experience and I would recommend to family, friends and any others that want a superb expierence
