Without any doubt, this has been my worst car buying experience. This story is over a 4 month period in 2015. I purchased a 13 Thousand dollar vehicle from this dealership, the very next day the check engine light and my cruise control light came on. Davi the Manager suggested that I must have put cheap gas in the car (which I did not) and told me to go to autozone and have them check the code on the car. I did this and they came back with a possibility of a head gasket problem and/or engine misfire. I went to the inspection station and failed for safety with an emissions code and the windows were tinted too dark. I called Davi and he said the windows were fine and that it should have passed. He was unwilling to put tint on that was "acceptable" to the inspection station. (I should not have to pay to replace the tint) I brought the car back and Davi had his mechanic look at it. He told me a plug was loose (which he said was the cause of the check engine light, and that the head gasket was fine) and that the tint was within range he said that because of the dark colored seats it must have looked more dark than it is. He offered to put a sticker on the car. I accepted and I left with the car. a couple weeks later the lights came back on. He told me because I have a warranty that I can bring it to any certified mechanic. The engine light went off and it seemed to run okay, two months later I broke down and my engine was smoking. I brought it to a dealership who said that my head gasket went. The warranty company would not cover the entire head gasket, also the car had several issues that the dealership brought to my attention. The warranty company covered half of these issues, and some issues still remain. Today My car sounds like it is going to fall apart if I take it on the highway. I emailed Davi and expressed to him how dissatisfied I was with this experience and let him know that I am worried to drive 75 miles to my family’s house for the holiday weekend in a car that I just paid 13 thousand dollars for. NO SURPRISE THAT HE NEVER ANSWERED MY EMAIL OR CALLED ME. I even gave him the benefit of the doubt and delayed the posting of this review to be sure he was not on vacation and didn’t have enough time to contact me. I accept responsibility that I made some mistakes here as well (I should have had the car checked before I bought it and should have brought it back the second I had a problem under the lemon law) I highly caution any person considering to buy from this dealership.

Customers with very poor credit (low 400s credit score) think somehow they deserve low interest rates versus folks (700s credit score) that have been paying all bills on time since day number 1. This customers have no money up front to compensate they terrible credits and situations. They dont have sales tax money and want all of that to be included in the loan (they need a miracle). Customers like these should appreciate businesses that still stand a hand to help them. This customers somehow think the dealer is responsible for high rates and dont realize or (play) that they dont know it is their own fault for not paying bills on time ever ( Im not exaggerating). Same customers use the cheapest gas, cheapest oil change, cheapest everything and dont know why things dont work right(this list can go on....). Is always somebody elses fault. People with poor credit instead of bad mouthing hard working businesses need to understand that lenders (banks) will maybe lend money with conditions (rates and fees) based on their own history of performance in how they pay their bills. Simple and clear, numbers dont lie. Also when they sign papers (contracts) they should be aware that there are lots of laws to protect them as consumers and also there are laws to protect businesses from bad customers that only want to take advantage. This review has no intension to offend people of any kind of color, race or religion, is just a clarification for readers who spend some time on reviews. Remember, the coin has 2 sides. Have a great day!

Ive been purchasing cars from Commonwealth for years now. This is my only goto dealership when a car needs comes in. Davi was not only able to get me the car I wanted to provide to my wife, but he got it for less of what the competition was selling it for. Great Service, never had a problem with it. Ive seen Davi (the manger) work very hard to satisfy all his customers and do his best for people buying cars from him. It is sad that some people post bad comments for "used" cars that break months after purchasing with at fault from the customer and trying to blame the dealership for it. Also, people with bad credit have to understand that banks will place a higher interest rate to them because they are higher risk. Is sad how this guy gets blamed some times for high car payments when people actually saw and signed the paperwork and accepted the payment with the bank. This dealership is great!!! I will never go anywhere else for a car. And Davi can find any car, any color if the person is willing to wait a little. :)

Dealer/President Davi Borba offered additional 3yr/36,000 mile warranty, signed by both parties. Warranty was never filed. Dealer provided "warranty" work, collected deductibles. Now refuses to produce receipts, warranty paperwork, and all other paperwork. According to the warranty company, provided by the paper work he gave me, the application was never submitted. Now that I need a new engine he refuses to help. He told me he "cant" find his paperwork and he doesnt remember that warranty company. He is a scam! I wish I could give him no stars! Learn from my mistake and stay FAR away.

I have bought 2 cars from Davi, and I working on buying a 3rd. I have never experienced anything but excellent service whether it was during a car selection process, an auction bid, the actual purchasing experience, warranty repairs, additional help with body work, or deposit return. Davi has been a great help, I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a smooth process and lasting relationship.

Update: After seeing this review he contacted us and offered to fix the car. Kept it for multiple days after saying it would be done same day. HIS OWN mechanic told us the car is a piece of crap due to motor problems. Got it to pass inspection, then asked me to "change my review". Overall very difficult experience. Sold us a lemon, 2005 Ford freestyle couldnt even pass inspection.

I have been calling/emailing/texting Davi for several weeks trying to get him to return my deposit. He will not answer my calls or text or emails i have spoke with the other guy and leave messages all the time with him asking him to return my calls, but get nothing back. This is truly bad service.
