After visiting a few dealerships and feeling like I had hit a dead end, I was ready to throw in the towel and extend my current lease to shop around again in a few months. Before calling it quits, I made a final call to one more dealership, Swanson Buick. I couldnt have been happier with the outcome. My sales specialist, Andrew, went above and beyond the call of duty and made my wish list his priority. Up to this point, I didnt think the car I wanted was available near Massachusetts (or that I could afford it). Andrew did one better. He located the exact car I was looking for with even more options than I had asked for and made it all work within my budget. Even when the other dealers said, "Im giving you dealer price" or "now were losing money for you", they didnt come close to the price I got with Andrew at Swanson. Most importantly, they didnt come close to the level of service. When it was all said and done, Andrew worked harder and spent more time looking for my perfect car than I did and he made my car shopping experience really positive. If you want to feel good about your next car lease/purchase, I strongly recommend visiting Swanson Buick.

Ive been buying and having my cars serviced at Swanson Buick GMC for longer than I can remember. Because of my experiences there I only go to Swansons when I need a new car regardless of new or used. Theyve always listened to my needs and lead me to just the right vehicle for me. Because of the nice way they treat their clients I dont even look elsewhere for a vehicle. Need a car? Save your time and know that youll be treated right at Swansons. The Service Department is responsive and always does the job right the first time. They take the time to fully explain what is needed and why. Swansons has been in this area for a long long time. It is a family business and they must be doing something right.

I would hire him in an instant. Coming from the land of Cadillac and highline German cars, it was my policy for all the franchises that I ran, to wash every service customers car. I went to buy out my leased truck at GMC in Watertown Ma. The salesman explained that I had to buy a warranty in order to buy out the truck and it was a Mass law. I didnt believe them and called around another dealership. I spoke with Andrew at Swanson and my hunch was correct I didnt need to buy a warranty. Andrew not only made the process painless but was completely honest. I own a business and I cant believe that other dealerships are still practicing dirty tactics.
