Let me start by saying this has been a night mare right from the beginning. We are from Maine and found the car my son was looking for. The finance guy Jon talked us into the extended warranty and then said if you dont want it you can cancel anytime WHAT A LIE! I called about 4 days after to cancel and got the run a round saying you have to wait 30 or maybe its 60 days he said to cancel. Well I do not have to wait I was told I could CANCEL ANYTIME. We were charged 2200.00 for 2 years ridiculous I am sure most of it went in there pocket thats why they dont want to cancel and also now it will be prorated. This is only a few details of the TERRIBLE experience we had. Also had a hard time just to get the Certificate of title application so we could licence it. There is more I could say but if the warranty does not get canceled I will have to get a lawyer. I even have him recorded saying it would be canceled two weeks ago but I have heard nothing. This is not how you treat customers who keep you in business. I will never buy another car for RT9 Auto Sales and if your smart you wont either. And for Jon the finance guy your not honest so beware of him. I asked if he went to school to do finance and he said no I learned it from the streets I am street smart. That should have been a red flag for me right there and he was not professional at all. Well by the looks I think you should have went to school because you would have learned how to treat your customers with respect because with out us you wouldnt have a pay check. I have been an Operations Manager for ten years and if my employees treated our customers like I have been treated they would be fired. Jon in financing is nothing more than a liar. He tells me he is canceling my extended Warranty every time I call and when I call the Warranty company they have nothing on record where he has sent in anything to get it canceled. He has not sent anything to us to sign to get it canceled. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY HE IS A CROOK. My lawyer is working on it now cant wait to hear what his response will be.

My experience they use dishonest sales practices, the vehicle I was looking at was sticker was $ 10490. On the PS agreement the cost was $11490. When I questioned it they said it was for taxes and "stuff". They could not tell me the amount of taxes when questioned even though I know the sales tax is 6.25%. They required a $3000 warranty which 2 other dealerships I went to did not. Their dealer fee was $599 which is about triple other places I visited and bought from. Lastly they wanted me to pay $300 in cash to have a phony pay stub to give to the loan company made to look like I was with my current employer for 2 years rather than 3 months. In my experience they are liars and crooks the place is shady. I have even considered contacting the state or another agency and reporting them based on my experience. BUYER BEWARE !!! I urge you to go elsewhere

Extremely poor service, deffinetly would not recommend going unless you have all day to spend there just spent half my day there trying to purchase a car and after being told I would beable to pick it up by the end of the week the manager then tell me it will be 1-2 weeks more to go through the paperwork as Im about to make the down payment, then after asking him why he continued to talk over me and ended up with me walking out and not buying the car, would give zero stars if possible, save yourself time and hassle and bring your money elsewhere

I have to say after reading the reviews it still did not stop me from going to rt9 auto sales. That was the best decision I made it was the best experience. The hospitality was above and beyond. When I went they are an extremely busy spot but they still took care of me. Carlos was my sales person Great. JC also great Dan Patrick everyone was polite courteous. The price on my vehicle was great after I read all the paperwork money well spent I would go back. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion mine is GREAT job to the TEAM Thank you

They would not even take the time to show were a certain car was Without checking my credit first. Ask them repeatedly to just show me were the car is just so I could look at it. I just wanted to see it in person is that to much to ask for? And they flat out refused worst service ever. They told me to "find it your and dont waste my time". I was shocked and appalled. It was this hard to look at a car I can only imagine what a horrible experience it would be to buy a car here. I will take my business elsewhere.

Worst service in my life, lack of respect with Customers, For Twice time the manager store seen entering but simply kept playing with your phone. I entered the store to buy a car and leaves the impression that the Company as well as its employees do not know how to give value to a customer. not recommend to anyone !!
