On Apr 9th, I towed my car to Nissan Marlboro Dealership. My car was not speeding, I suspected that it had transmission problems and I also know that Nissan has extended warranty on it. As a part of cars history, I told them that 2 months ago I hit a snowbank and had front body work done in a shop. I left my car in the morning and towards evening, i got a call from dealership saying that pressure clam on cooler hose was moved by someone (most probably by shop when body work was done) and this caused transmission failure. It is not covered under warranty and I have to pay $4,300. They sent me a picture to prove their point. I didnt believe them since shop only dealt with external work (if needed I could have internal stuff fixed since my insurance was ready to cover %100).They also told me that there is no way around and I have to replace the entire transmission. 1 day later, I towed car to shop and have them looked at it. They said there is no problem on transmission and they poured some transmission oil or fluid whatever its called (there were already 6 quarts of oil/fluid in transmission despite dealers claims that system has been leaking for last +1 months). My car started working and I have been driving my car since (140 miles I drove). I went back to dealership to request a refund for the diagnosis fee they charged ($110) - and asked them why they lied to me, They didnt even try to defend themselves, instead disrespectfully told me "so whats your point" - I interpreted this as "so we lied to you in order to rip you off, and you proved us wrong, so whats your point, what can you do?" I said ok and left immediately. So if you are reading Nissan Marlboro Dealer, here is what I m GOING TO DO: 1- I already contacted Nissan Corporate and explained the situation- I asked them to revoke your license 2- I will be filing a complaint at MA State Attorney General on the basis of fraudulent malpractice 3 - I will be posting reviews on BBB and file a complaint on the basis of unethical sales practices 4 - I will be contacting local news to start a campaign about Marlboro Nissans unethical practices - i just want other people to be aware of what you guys can do and I want them not to believe every word you guys say! 5- I will be posting negative reviews on every single review board to get the word out Even if I dont win, at least I get the word out.

Here is my Nissan Murano buying experience with Nissan and Marlboro Nissan dealership # 1 About Nissan - Poor customer care, they can’t come anywhere close to Toyota or Honda in my experience. I bought this car in July 2016, within one or two weeks of my buying Nissan offered zero percent finance for 60 months. They did not offer me zero percent when I asked for it. They dont have any consistency in the offers or pricing. I felt cheated after buying this car. Today even if I buy an item worth $ 50 they do price match, this being the case Nissan is not considering giving the same offers to its customers within few weeks’ timeframe. # 2 About the dealer, the sale person was very pushy. He put a lot of pressure on me to buy. I went to buy a car, sales guy forced me to sign a lease. I had to go next day to cancel they lease and purchase it. Papers given to me at the time of delivery was the papers I signed for lease and not the sale papers. Later when I asked for the sale papers it was sent to me over mail. When I went through the sale papers I found additional unwanted charges for Nitrogen and Floor mats (which I did not want to buy). Nitrogen for this car is more of a hassle than any advantage it provides (it’s an old myth filling Nitrogen in car tires) . Ive to go to the dealer to fill Nitrogen in the tires every time. I asked the dealer to remove Nitrogen from the tires, which they did but did not refund my $ 200 which I paid towards Nitrogen package. When I asked about this the dealership is telling me that they sell every car with Nitrogen package and it is mandatory for every sale. If they would have informed this before I bought I would have never even considered buying this car with this dealership. They did not even explain why they recommend Nitrogen and what advantage it offers. Even BMW / AUDI / ACURA is not forcing its customers to fill Nitrogen in tires. This is ridiculous and mere looting of customer’s money. I regret my decision of buying a Nissan car and also dealing with Marlboro dealership. No, not again.

I am a first time car shopping and buyer and just went through a week of horrible customer service, dishonesty and shady "business" from various dealerships. I was just about ready to give up on the car search until my aunt referred me to Danny at Marlboro Nissan. I spoke with Danny Friday evening and he was the nicest guy ever, personable, genuine and I really felt like he wanted to help me find the right car and make it work. He asked me when I could come in and I was in Saturday morning. As soon as I got to the dealership I felt like a vip, I was greeted by name and smiles (not bombarded by your typical pushy car salesmen) and immediately was introduced to Peter. Peter was great and honest from the beginning. I spent about two hours at the dealership trying various cars and working with Peter, Danny and Mark. Is was by far THE BEST customer service and experience car shopping I have had all week. If theres one thing those three can keep its a promise. They told me they would make it all happen and thats exactly what they did. Could not be more thankful for the time and effort that Danny, Mark and Peter in particular did for me to make sure I got into the right car. These guys deserve far more than just a 5 star rating. Mark is awesome too, once the right car was picked and all the papers were signed he congratulated me with a big hug! Marlboro Nissan made up for the terrible week I had prior and made it all worth it. I W ill 100% recommend this dealership to all my friends and family moving forward! I truly cannot say enough good things about this dealership and staff. Amazing experience, thank you thank you! Nothing but smiles coming from me! Love my new Nissan Rogue!!!

This is our second Nissan purchased from this dealership in the past ten years. (We keep cars for a long time!) We tend to keep business local, and it helped that we wanted an Altima. So when Marlboro Nissan finally opened their revamped showroom we decided to take a look. Mark Stoller was so great to deal with. We never felt any pressure, he was very knowledgeable, personable, and made the entire process rather enjoyable. (I never thought I would say "enjoyable" in regards to a car purchase.) We wanted specific options, color, etc. and expected to order something and take delivery in a few weeks. They had the car in stock! The Altima we bought had everything we wanted and then some. It rides great, looks fantastic, its really fast too! We feel that the price was very fair. We had done a LOT of car shopping over the past two months. I needed to replace my SUV, and my wife had a Saab that was approaching the end of its warrantee (good luck getting parts). We visited some very high-end dealerships; BMW, Lexus, Audi etc. They all had awesome looking service areas, sexy showrooms, and lots of sales people sitting around doing nothing. (You wonder why those cars cost so much?) Marlboro Nissans show room and service areas on the other hand are clean, functional, and comfortable. You feel like they are more interested in keeping the cost of their cars competitive. Ill gladly pass on the cappuccino maker for a better price on my car! I highly recommend Marlboro Nissan, and Mark Stoller in particular if you are in the market for a new car.
