Sales and Leasing Consultant Ken Hsu patiently listened, helped me figure out exactly what I wanted from a car, and let me test and explore the cars/options that I was interested in. Then, he represented my interests to get the Prius that I wanted made available to me at Acton Toyota...in the only deal acceptable to me. This represented the first time that I experienced that I was working in a partnership when purchasing a car at ANY dealership (ten times in the course of my life, and personally only my second Toyota car). My family will buy from Acton Toyota again, especially if Ken is still working there.
