There are many negative reviews here are just not true. Perhaps by a former employee who was incompetent and was fired after a lot of problems. It is amazing that these reviews are all singing high praise or saying how they did some unbelievable thing. It is one extreme or another. If you want a reference, you should come in and read the letters that cover the walls of the waiting room from satisfied customers that have been writing for years. Christmas Motors is a family business that has been around for 32 years and would never survive if all these lies that have been printed were true. You should go see for yourself. I have been using them for more than 25 years and have always had excellent service and have witnessed first hand many of the acts of kindness to other customers I have seen over the years while sitting in their waiting room. I have had many minor repairs, like flat tires, bulbs, and adjustments that were fixed quickly and when I asked how much I was told not to worry about it. have a good day. Judge for yourself. There is no other car dealer as fair and honest as these guys.

They sold us an Isuzu Trooper that quickly developed problems. In the early stages Mr. Christmas promised that we could swap into another vehicle if the Trooper didnt work out. They had us bring it back over and over saying they couldnt find anything wrong with it. They kept putting us off again and again. Finally the last straw was when the Trooper lost power while making a turn and the vehicle was almost broad sided (which would have injured my wife and or my seven year old daughter). Now that enough time had passed so that the Lemon Law wouldnt help us they played hard ball. Yelling at me on the phone and hanging up on me. They pretend they are your local family car dealership interested in a fair deal but when push comes to shove they only care about the bottom line. DO NOT buy from them.

TEN STARS for Christmas Motors!. I have bought, sold and traded many cars in my lifetime but have never had such a no-stress, hassle free experience with this process. It was almost surreal because I was expecting to go through the wringer (as usual) but that never happened. Peter Christmas was awseome to talk with and to do business with. I got a fair deal for my trade in and a very decent price on the vehicle I bought from them. Peter made this process so easy and comfortable it changed my entire attitude about car shopping. There is no reason to buy a car anywhere else, unless you or someone related to you owns a car dealership. Christmas Motors carries quality cars, in great condition, with a fixed price lower than others our there. Their customer service is beyond compare. You dont have to spend hours sitting around while someone "checks with their manager" about a price, option, trade-in, etc. Peter Christmas is a great guy. He was honest from the beginning to the end and went above and beyond. Never buying another car from anyone else!

He truly cares about the customers and the vehicles in which he services and sells. In this day and age, these attributes are rare. The best part though is their service department. I cant say enough good about experiences with car repairs. They are honest, thorough and effective. We have never had better service. Really impressed with how they treat their customers. Got a great, no-hassle deal on my car. Brought it in for repair 6 months later (1st minor problem), and there was no charge to fix my brakes. Id actually forgotten it was still under their 6 month warranty, even though it was no doubt a standard maintenance/wear issue. Very happy with Christmas Motors!

Christmas Motors is a long term, highly regarded, outstanding business providing service to customers buying cars or having them serviced. I have bought a car from them and used their repair department. They are always focused on CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wonder if the negative reviews are the fault of the customers and not of Christmas Motors.
