Terrible experience at Nashua Toyota, Saw vehicle on line asked a sales person Price he started playing games No price was on any car in lot. I test drove myself that was absolutely No, No! I had some questions my sales person Modesto, didnt come along, just gave plate in my hand and a screw to drive. I was shocked, What type of service they provide. Second when I came back he was with other customer at his desk I waited almost 15 minutes he came over and took me to the other desk. When I asked for the Price on a Vehicle, he question to me, Do you like the Vehicle? I said Yes! He got up and went some where and came back with a piece of paper number on said your payments will be, the price, the money down all different and your payment! I was surprised he never asked me if you are trading any vehicle. My credit was nearly 690-708 When I asked my Interest Rate he said dont know? You will have to sit down with the Business Manager he will go over. Fine, Than How come without Interest you got me in Payment? Dealership will never show you Interest rate they manipulate with customer and play dirty games. I realized he offered me 18.9%APR I was stunned.! Why, If I was dump I could have signed but I was smart which I expect from each and every customer after Reading my Notes, That dont relay or Trust This dealership. They play dirty Games, No Integrity. In my family we bought many vehicles at least 3 from this dealership. Buy their system and policy will Rip you off. After long Negotiation we agree up on Price, Because they Raised the Price by $3-4,000 automatically, the Moment you say I like the Vehicle. They were trying to close my deal in Payment for 72-75 month with Higher Raised Price and High Interest. I set down with and Asian Business guy , who call him self Quincy real name some thing like han train/tran, Horrible attitude, very Pushy and unprofessional. Biggest scumbag. saying you qualify for 14.9%. I said are you kidding me! Its certified Toyota vehicle, easily I can get 1.9%, then he dropped to 5.9% He keep lying to me. I got up and ready to leave than he called me back Not to complaint to my Boss Ill take care of you yara yar yara! I needed car so signed and took delivery. Next day I reviewed my signed contract realized he charged me for extended warranty and some sought of a paint protection $999 also. I was Pissed. Totally miss leading, cheating on me. I went back after next day, he wasnt there but some other finance guy with glasses on, dont know his name, said cant cancel paint protection already applied it. I said No its not. He keep arguing with me. I never asked for, why would I pay for? I am pissed on every one at Nashua Toyota. I asked each and every customer, Must check the price and APR or better way to get own Finance from Digital Credit Union, " DCU" they offer 1.74% APR or from other bank also what ever Price they offer to make sure You have 3-4,000 or More room to play with them. When they play dirty games you shold be well prepared and on Trade they were holding $2,000 absolutely cheating on me. So Beware with this guys before you buy weather its new or Used. Bunch of Scummies are their. Beware , Beware, Beware

I would also want to give ZERO STAR. HORRIBLE AND CHEAT SERVICE. Heres why (in case you want to read): I bought a used car from toyota of Nashua. They sold me this used car with precondition of state inspection passed.Shortly after(in one hour) purchasing vehicle on 13th Aug, when it got dark I saw that head light was gone. Previous owner services book had this mentioned in his book that head light is not working. But without changing the light, they passed the inspection. Later(after 15 days), I went to them with the complain of State inspection failure(The reason cited was: Power steering seal leaking bad on drivers eat for a while). Since they sold me this used car with guarantee of state inspection passed(just 15 days before), I did not expect such incident. Later, they analysed the problem for 4 hours and said that somebody punctured the boot(reason for leak); they are 2 very minute holes which can be seen. They told me leakage is due to boot and I should get it changed within a week since that they have topped up the oil reservoir, which will last for 1 week.Without me knowing much about, I believed them(biggest mistake). With this conversation, I thought boot is something which should contain oil and has been damaged. They changed the boot and without telling or informing me changed one tie cord also and charged me with extra amount ($200) and passed the safety inspection. Later, I got to know boot has nothing to do with oil storage and is just a cover to protect from dust/mud and has nothing to do with failure of safety inspection too.A very small hole on boot will not make any difference as far as power steering vehicles functioning is concerned. The ACTUAL(initial) PROBLEM OF POWER STEERING SEAL LEAK WAS NEITHER DENIED NOR FIXED BY THEM. My vehicles condition is same as it was earlier and they just took away $625 for replacing those boots(cover).I made numerous rounds(around 10) at toyota of nashua, finally I got to talk to service director; he was not at all polite in behaviour. He barely tried to listen to me.Later on, when I asked them why I was misinformed he did not have any answer to that. During this time again, they asked me to sign on service form to show conndition of car, when I asked some doubt, one other service advisor (dont remember the name) answered me rudely. The service advisors there clearly gave me wrong advise and tried to loot me(actually did that) and then rude behavior above that. Finally they are asking me some $150 or 200 more and saying that they will change the power steering rack but it is not required. Why was this not told earlier that there is no issue in power steering rack. I wanted to buy a new toyota for my wife but with all this incidents, I would never(atleast from this dealership). I will never come here for car service. Never saw such a bad and unethical service at toyota dealership. I have been cheated grossly. I just want people to know about such incidents(hence posting review here). I will also post this incident in company portal to make people aware such unethical practice done by Toyota of Nashua.

Update: Toyota of Nashua honored the deal that they initially offered to me. Because they made the things right, I am changing my review to 3 star. Salesperson Kevin was always nice throughout the buying process and the other manager Rick Fragala, was very responsive and apologetic for the behavior of the sales manager I had to deal with the first time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. My experience- Great salesperson but very arrogant and rude manager. I dont normally write a review but I thought this would help people to know what you can expect when you go to this place. I was looking to lease a SUV and after doing some research I decided to go for TOYOTA RAV4. I left the inquiry on their website and the internet sales lady (Christina) called me. I explained her what I was looking for and asked for the monthly lease payment numbers. She was very humble and told me she would check and call me back with the numbers. I received the call in few minutes, the numbers she gave me was attractive and within my range so I decided to pay a visit to the dealership. Everything was good so far. When We reached to dealership, salesperson ( Kevin) welcomed us and directed us to the his desk. We discussed about my call to Christina and he pulled the history and lease pricing I was offered. Then he brought the car out and we went for the test ride I liked the riding and my wife and son liked the vehicle as well. We decided to move forward. We negotiated about my trade in and we agreed upon the price. Everything was still good. We shook the hands and finalize the deal. I filled the credit application and Kevin went to manager to get the paperwork ready. He came back with the paperwork to sign and I realized that manager changed the deal. He increased the monthly payment by $35 and also increased the lease duration from 2 years to 3 years. This was unacceptable to me. Then he tried to sell me the deal with couple of free oil changes but I was not ready to sign. During all this time he was very rude and was acting like he is doing some favor to me by selling me the vehicle. I was really surprised. Then He told me that internet department made a mistake in providing the lease offer so He will check with internet department and will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. All this happened yesterday 25th march 2017. I am writing this review on 26th march 2017. I have wasted whole day Saturday. This is just unacceptable. And they claim to be number 1 Toyota dealer in New Hampshire, I seriously doubt that. I would have given zero star if I had the option. I still think someone would make this right and do not loose me and my friends as a customers for life.
