It seemed they were trying hard to get an approval. Then I was told they had the approval, it was just a matter of finding the right car which would take him a while so we got sent on our way with a promise to get a call by the end of the day. Well that call never came. By the next day, I ended up calling them about 45 minutes before closing and asked what the status was because I never got a call back. I was told that they were having a hard time getting ahold of an analyst because they were out in California and didnt have many working over the weekend. Then was told he thought the salesman was going to call me and update me and that I would get a call the next day (Monday) by noon. Well, here it is, Wednesday morning and no phone call. Needless to say, Im bringing my business elsewhere. He even asked me if he worked hard and got the deal, that we would definitely take it and give them a good review and of course, I completely agreed to that well deserved review.. This is not the review I was expecting to write unfortunately.

I bought my first car through Key Auto Group back in 2013. I was a full time student and my credit was horrible. Honestly, I was surprised that the salesman was able to get me approved. But there I was in my new Chevy Malibu. My interest rate was high because of my credit score but my salesman explained that I was in a credit builder program. As long as I made my payments on time for the next 6mos, my score would go up. After 6mos I returned to Key Auto Group to trade in my car. Just like he said, my credit score went up over 100pts. In addition, the value of my trade was more than my loan. The additional equity was used as a downpayment on a new BMW at a much lower interest rate! I recently returned to Key Auto Group in Nashua to inquire about trading her in. As always, the staff treated me with appreciation and the level of respect that consumers expect from professional sales personnel. Im loving the selection of vehicles that Key has in their inventory and look forward to finding my next set of wheels!

VERY IMPRESSIVE!!!! I can not say enough how thankful and impressed I am how the employees here! From the moment I received a call from Angela Adams at the amherst st. Location in nashua I knew they were good people. I have been looking for a truck for some time but have been unable to get one due to my low credit score from years ago. I not only wanted one but needed one for my construction buisness and they understood the importance a truck is within my field. I was expecting to walk out disappointed once again but that was NOT THE CASE! thanks to the non stop hard work, dedication and great positive attitudes of ANGELA and AUSTIN ADAMS I was put in a 2015 chevy silverado. I can not be happier with everything they have done. Negotiations might take some time but TRUST ME when I say just sit back, relax and watch them do Thier thing. It is very impressive. I will be sending everyone I know to them. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Amazing guys!! Thank you so much, hope to see you guys again soon!

Its not all bad at the Nashua Used Car Superstore, but it sure aint perfect either. My wife and I found a great car in their lot, for a reasonable price, and got a good financing rate. But thats where the good-times end. Sure, use this store to buy a car but dont plan on getting great customer service thereafter. Example: I brought my car in for its first oil change since purchase (which they offer "complimentarily"), and they quoted me $10 per filter to change the engine and cabin air filters. It took them over an hour to find and change the filters and then attempted to charge me $120. Attempts to reason logically with the manager were met with "thats the way it is." Suffice it to say, it took them 1 minute flat to remove the new filters.

I went in to this dealership wanting to buy a used 2015 Pathfinder. They offered me a fair amount on my trade and then we started talking about the price of the Pathfinder. After being told "the price is the price" by my salesman I went over to talk to the manager. I haggled with him for a while and got the price down to a number that I liked. The manager was a little rude during the negotiations but it didnt bother me. I agreed to the deal and then after everything was done they added a $400 administration fee to the vehicles price. I told them thats not the number we agreed on and that I dont want to pay the fee. I was told "if I didnt make you pay it then nobody would want to pay it".... so Im still looking for a Pathfinder

To say that I am happy with my experience is an understatement. Everyone from Angela my sales person to Pete the General Manger to Juan in Finance everyone went above and beyond my expectations. I was so nervous to even buy a new car because there were so many obstacles I had to get over that I didnt even want to go in. But I did and I am so happy I did! These people are completely awesome, caring and genuine people who actually listen to what the customer wants and needs. They dont try to push anything on you or make you feel like you have to buy anything. I drove out in my new car feeling completely satisfied and confident in my deal. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We where told we couldnt get one suv but they could do the other one and sent us home and then they said they couldnt do it but u have people on the review and there where a couple people thats said they had bad credit and they got them in a new car the sale and finical people said we where good to go but when I got out of work they called me and said they cant do it because of a electric bill so I wouldnt trust them to do right thing

Best Experience with a car dealer , from the moment you walk in to the moment they walk you out to your car. Angela Adams was exceptional ,very personal and helpful. worked with me no matter the situation. also Austin was great explaining all the details during the paper work process , i would recommend this place to any one in the market for a new vehicle. i will be returning here for all future car purchases.

I have not ever bought a car from this dealership but I drove past either someone who works there or the person who owns the dealership who was just driving around one of the cars, but it definitely wasnt a test drive because the person was smoking a cigarette in the car. As someone who does not smoke in would hate to smoke it stinks knowing that people take addvantage
