My family had a great experience at Acton Ford. Prior to visiting we had a bad experience at another dealership a few miles away. When we arrived on the lot we were greated warmly by Charlie (sales rep). He was excellent at his job! Charlie showed us several models of fords and was even able to entertain our 7 month daughter while we were looking at the car. Some dealerships can make you feel pressured while buying a vehicle, and constantly trying to upsell you. Personally that is a turn off because buying a car is a big financial commitment. Acton ford did not have this feel. They were knowledgeable and helped us find the best car for our family. From Charlie, Ethan, and the women in the service area who also entertained our daughter we want to thank you for making this purchase stress free. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the boston metro area. Its worth driving the extra few miles to deal with true professionals.

...I have had good experience with ACTON FORD till now..but I am not sure what happened this time. I recently took my SUV for an oil change and requested a vehicle check. I was told that I immediatley need to replace front brakes and rotors and belts as well as service the brakes. I was really surprised with this diagnosis since just 3000 miles earlier my vehicle check up at their sister location QUICK LANE passed with flying colors. All green. Estimated repair this time was well over $1000. PLus battery and tires for another grand... Next I took my SUV to Midas in Framingham for 2nd opinion who found my brakes to be in great condition with at least another 15-20K miles of driving left on it. They even showed me the pads and they looked perfectly fine. They could not find anything wrong with the brakes...or the belts...and they charged me ZERO for this honest diagnosis. I may need to take my car to another shop for piece of mind...

We had a great experience with Acton Ford, Charlie Arbeene and finance manager Ethan Rawson. In my experience lots of car dealerships and sales people want to hold your hand and get into your face to sell you cars. We showed up unannounced to check out the Ford hybrids and plug in hybrids and were able to test drive the C-Max and Fusion Energi in our own way without getting a lengthy sales pitch. We got a nice handwritten card in the mail thanking us for coming in instead of obnoxious follow up phone calls, texts, or emails (got all three from the Toyota dealership :( ). When we decided to buy the C-Max I was able to do almost everything by email with Charlie and after locating the perfect car less than a week later we were going through the most painless paperwork signing Ive had at a car dealership. The sales staff is friendly and great to work with. Its nice to deal with a car dealership that treats you like a *grownup*.

Gordon Chan helped us with the purchase of a lease return CMax Energi Plug In Hybrid. Since this is an electric hybrid the car is more complicated than a traditional combustion engine only car. We had done our homework and had test driven the car before we made the decision to buy. All during our search and the final purchase, unlike other sales people at other dealers we went to, Gordon was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He answered ever question we had in a timely manner with honest answers instead of sales hype. He gave us a fair price on the vehicle and after we had paid for it he (and Tim) were incredibly helpful, taking a lot of time to go over all the features of the vehicle and the warranty so that everything was clear. If all car dealerships dealt with customers like this the term "used car salesman" would no longer be a pejorative. Thank you to Gordon and everyone at Acton Ford...

I originally leased a vehicle through Acton Ford in 2013. I have used this business several times since leasing the vehicle, and they have always surpassed my expectations. Recently, I contacted Acton Ford to end my lease and being financing my vehicle. The staff overall were excellent in streamlining my request, and contacted several lenders for me. After it was all said and done, Chris and Ethan were more than accommodating. They walked me through the process and took the time to explain all the intricacies of my new financing option. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I will say that it took so long to start building the car I ordered (about 4 months) with very little communication in between, I thought I had been forgotten. BUT, I was treated very nicely and many unnecessary apologies were sincerely made when the vehicle finally arrived. I was comfortably guided through the leasing/financing process by Ethan. My salesman, Alan, patiently walked me through the vehicles features in the near 100 degree heat. Needless to say, the first feature I wanted to try out was the A/C, which we were both happy with. Ford is my car and Acton Ford is my dealer!

After visiting many different dealerships in the area I found Acton Ford to be the most enjoyable car buying experience. From the moment I inquired online about a certain car to when I picked it up I was provided with nothing but the best service and attention. This truly was a no pressure experience, the salesman was very pleasant and easy to work with. He remembered my entire familys names and had the cup holder adjusted to my travel coffee mug he had seen me with previously when I came to pick up my car. The price was extremely fair and there werent the usual haggle and fighting you come to expect from dealerships.

We get our 08 Fusion serviced at Acton Ford on a regular basis. Ive never been disappointed: the maintenance staff is incredibly kind and friendly, they go above and beyond the call of duty, and they work fast. Recently brought the Fusion in for an inspection and service with the intention to wait in the (perfectly comfortable) wait room, found out that the car needed work that would take a little longer to do, so a member of the staff actually gave me a ride to and from my home so that way I didnt have to wait there all day. They are just exceptionally friendly and professional! I cannot recommend them enough.

Ive always had a great experience with Acton Fords Service Department. From general service to aftermarket modifications, they have been my go to place for car work. Their staff and techs are very knowledgeable and friendly. I just had my first experience with their Sales Department and that too was top notch. I recently worked with Charlie on the purchase of a new car and I was quite pleased with the whole process. It was a zero pressure sale and I feel I paid a very fair price for the vehicle. I also had interactions with Eric and Ethan and have nothing but positive things to say about them.

Acton Ford was very professional and stress free. I worked with Eric and Ethan to purchase my new vehicle and was amazed by the stress free atmosphere the entire time. Usually buying a car is filled with pressure and numbers, but this was entirely different. Eric was knowledgeable about the trucks I was looking at and was never pushy, which is hard to find in the car sales business.
