While Karman Auto Sales may have over 40 years of experience in the auto sales industry, according to deed records, the owner is comparatively new. So, it makes sense that purchasing a car at Karman Auto Sales with the seasoned employees would be a piece of cake. Expecting that this relatively new owner would adhere to the Massachusetts Used Vehicle Warranty Law is not such a given. Long story short, a substantial defect impeding the usability and safety of the car was discovered less than a week after it was purchased. The salesmen (who, I would like to note, were pleasant throughout the hoopla) informed me the owner did not authorize the repair. Given the obviousness of the direct violation of the state law, I was sure there was miscommunication, and asked for the owner to contact me to make sure that the correct information was given. The first few times I went back, I was told that the owner would be notified. Finally, I was informed the owner would not speak to me. I wrote a letter to the owner clarifying the violation, and immediately began receiving calls from a third-party company on behalf of Karman Auto Sales inquiring as to what it was that led me to purchase a car there in the first place. The violation of M.G.L. c. 90 §7N 1/4 in combination with the owners blatant refusal to - at minimum - confirm that information he received regarding the problem reflects very poorly on this long-standing business.

Karman autosales is the worst place you wanna go to for a car. They are crooks, liars, and dont care for their customers just money! I bought a car from them I was told it had every put in need the basics breaks, tires so on so forth! The first day out the lot not even 5 Minutes out the check engine light went on. I called it in they stayed with my car for about 2 days. By the way the mechanic they have doesnt know s*** about cars he is a mickey mouse mechanic. When I got my car back they said it was the computer under the driver seat so they said they ordered a new seat. Thats bull bcuz I checked the seat it wasnt new! It was from the local junkyard in town! I been having problems with the car from this dealer since day one and it took me one year to finally get ride of it within the couple months I had the car the damn turbo/engine went out on me the car always turned off on its own at a red light or stop sign it was horrible mind you I reminded the owner that in had a young child in the vehicle at all times please guide me to a safe reliable vehicle. I went thru hell with this dealership and their workers and the owner please dont even pass by this place you will regret it!

Bought a 2009 altima coupe w automatic cvt, June 2014. Sales guy was okay, however they do like tp pressure you into buying their car the moment you step on to their lot and inquiry about a car. As for the car itself, test drove perfectly fine, after making a deal and signing the contract to buy I drove the car home and immediately had a transmission issue. The car would not go past the 1st gear. Brought it back and they kept telling me I drove it to fast, or pressed the gas to hard. Luckly the dealer let me take my old car back for a few days....... and purchased a new transmission for my car. No problems since. But now I need an SUV and going to trade it in, however I think Ill go somewhere else

I buy from thes delar one car Nissan Pathfinder it was expensive and he give my warranty one month and after 4 dayes I found pig transmission problems and need 5000 dollar and I buy also warranty from him and I go back for him to fix my car he play game with me and he sand my for transmission guy in Lowell and the car stay with him 1 week and I call him back he said we fix and I believe him and I take my car and the he lier to me and he didnt fix the car I can choose 0 stare for rate if I find

DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!! I bought my daughter a 2002 Mazda here a year and a half ago. Paid $5000 for it. It has been NOTHING but trouble - breaks down all of the time. The salesman we had was a high-pressure, sleazy guy - who was trying to sell anything. Then - it broke down immediately after the purchase - and this business did nothing about it. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - unless you want to be ripped OFF and the public be damned.

Sold my father a totaled car that was not road worthy to drive. My mechanic wouldnt even put a sticker on it unless it was a big red R. My parents took a loan out on a car that they couldnt drive because of the awful condition it was in. How do you sell a car for almost 10k and half the body be rusted away! I would never buy a car here or suggest to anybody else to, there are plenty of other dealerships around this area!

The guys at karman auto sales are awesome. Got a great deal on a new car for my wife, newer lower mileage Ford fiesta. Exactly what were looking for. Gave me a good deal, financing was a breeze. Went in there on a Tuesday night and left with a new car a Wednesday night couldnt of been better.

This place is a waste of time! Dont even waste your gas driving there to look at cars or make a deal! Im so lost. How can a dealer approve you on a car thats way more money then a car thats 11k? Just a scam factory.
