NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!!! Kevin is a good salesman to deal with. He has way too much going on though. And you feel like your always talking to him at a bad time, he shows that he nervous when he is trying to jungle multiple customers. As far as the other guy in "service" HE SUCKS!, he is so rude and arrogant. Instead of talking to you, he always comes off like hes better and knows so much more then you basically talks down to you. This is a "man" who hates his job. what happened was The chain to my Fiances bike broke 2.5 hours into riding this for the first time (they want the oil change done 5 hrs into riding - the chain broke before this!!!). We explained the situation and they wouldnt do anything to help us out or cover the costs and said that this was our fault because we didnt tighten the chain between rides. (we were only on this bike for 1 day). I will NEVER have any of my cars, bikes, or ATVs serviced here I got this kind of attitude from these 2 guys after I bought 3 bikes and an AVT and spent $4,000.00 for my whole family 2 adults and 2 kids. Im honestly not sure if I want the kids riding on these now. I dont know what will break next. Horrible, Horrible customer service.

Never Again - Buyer Beware of Safety and Service I will never do business with Jim, Kevin and Dave at Nashua Sports and Cycle (aka Daniel Webster Automotive) ever again - quick to take your money but horrible service to back it up, not to mention I could’ve been killed. I am appalled that they would send me on my way without functioning brakes. It’s a miracle I wasn’t killed. I was repeatedly denied a refund, promised better service that never happened and over a month later with 150 miles on my scooter thanks to their troubleshooting, I now have a scooter that I have no choice but to sell it for parts. I cannot in good faith re-sell this lemon as it was sold me. I am telling my story so someone else doesn’t purchase a product from them that could put their child or loved one in the same danger. If you are reading this, Thompson Auto Group, I expect a response. Believe me when I say, NEVER AGAIN.

NOT very impressed. I went in to buy a part for my daughters scooter. When they realized I didnt go in to buy a "major" product, I noticed attitudes change. Then I started asking questions to learn if I was buying the right part. They were not interested in my questions. Finally I asked if I could return the part in case it wasnt the right one, no was the answer, rather abruptly . I wasnt even given a receipt. I do not recommend this place and would certainly not buy a scooter there, or anything else for that matter.
