Great place to shop for furniture and decor . Very large show room it is 2 stories also adding a wide section on line that can be added to the order if you place one. All the staff is so nice . The woman that helped us purchase our furniture name was KK . I highly recommend asking for her . Her service is phenomenal, she knows the products of raymore very well which makes deciding quick and easy . She keeps you updated on their latest sales also and saves you money where you can which is what everyone likes! Her priority is the customer and from day one we felt very taken care. She takes her time with you , we never felt rushed . We bought a mattress as well , I highly suggest her as an employee to go to if you are looking for one. She focuses on each person and what your body needs than helps you pick out the bed that fits both people at the same time perfectly. We had a great experience with that. We also spoke to the manager Patricia , she is bubbly , proactive and listens to you. She is a great indicator of what a manger should be. Overall we are very happy with our choice to shop there. My family has personally shopped at this location for a while and never had a problem with any product or service. The furniture is quality and last a long long time! Will continue to shop with this company at this location for as long as we can.

Im a little baffled by some of the over dramatic negative reviews. Listen, you go to any store that has sales staff who require sales for commission, youre bound to deal with them periodically and their over generous personality. Then theirs people like me who dont beat around the bush.... "Im not spending a lot of money" are the first words out of my mouth. Fortunately, I had an amazing experience with my sales professional Amanda! She was extremely understanding of my Mr Cheapo needs and was NOT overly aggressive (probably because she was afraid of me). I made it clear that I need to stay in a budget and do not want to waste anyones time. Needless to say, we all know the furniture industry has the largest mark-up in any industry in the world! However, Amanda took the time and effort to get me what I wanted in an orderly fashion along with the budget I wanted to stay in. The manager of the store Joanne is a freaking gem as well! I came in for a sofa, left with a sofa, 2 bed frames, a mattress, desk (love it) and a liquor cabinet..... So much for not spending alot. All in all, I had an amazing experience and Im confident I will be back to deal with those 2 associates specifically! BTW, the delivery prices here are phenomenal! You go anywhere else and they will beat you over the head, mark my words!

I recently went into Raymour & Flanigan on Middle Country Rd on 7/8/17 and 7/9/17. Right away we were greeted by the nicest man Hector Soto, he helped us out wonderfully, showed us around the whole store, took his time with us talked with us. I never met a sales person who was ever down to earth like this man. It made the shopping experience so much better. He showed us a nice leather couch, that at the time we thought would have been great for our home. Sadly it wasnt because we later learn it wouldnt fit into our room. So we went back later that night on 7/8/17 at around 7:30PM. Where we were greeted by yet another wonderful sales person Amanda Reiner, this women shined with charm. She was also very down to earth, and like Hector extremely helpful. She took her time with us as well. Amanda showed us this wonderful Broy Hill couch and chairs, that turned out to be our deal sealer. This store should be grateful to have such wonderful sales people. So if you go in looking for whatever, seek out Amanda Reiner and Hector Soto. You wont regret it. Thank you for making our shopping experience something we wont forget. Sincerely, The Welch Family

Just purchased a new home and always liked the variety of furniture here. Unfortunately, i ordered a bed set and sofa set from them. The headboard on the bed was damaged which they exchanged after giving me the run around on the phone, which forced me yo go into the store. Then the sofas arrived damaged and the delivery company that they licensed it out to scratched my floors by dragging instead of lifting the sofas. I spoke with Jo anne the manager about the damaged sofas n wanting a refund but agreed to allow them one chance to exchange them. The second set had a rip along the back of the leather. Not only did i have to contact my bank in regaurds to the refund, but now they are trying to keep 350$ in warranty and delivery fee. It is not our fault items are not inspected at the warehouse and is bad business to penalize your customers for your mistakes. I will never shop there again. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place.

Popped into the Lake Grove Raymour and Flanigan with the intention to browse and acquire ideas for my home furnishing project. Upon entering I was greeted and asked if I needed help- my body language and dismissive "hello/goodbye/no thanks" made this VERY clear that I was just looking around and did not need assistance (pressure to buy). What happened next was like a scene out of a Larry David episode. Now, I get that this particular employee probably is told to do this so I cannot fault her- however, if I wanted to be stalked like a Thompsons Gazelle around the store for the 10mins I rushed through (purposely testing her with each turn that- YES, shes indeed shadowing my every. goddamn. move.) I would go to the grasslands of Africa and not Raymour and Flanigan.

I bought a bedroom set from here. They had a great amount of sets to choose from. My salesperson Amanda was so helpful, not pushy at all, and I love the furniture I got. It looks great in my room and the quality is excellent. I will definitely shop here again for future furniture.
