I ordered many thousands of dollars worth of stuff from them during a summer promotion that earned me rewards dollars. When Christmas came, I was excited to use my rewards for some holiday shopping, only to be told my $400 had expired just 3 days earlier (didnt see the fine print, on the back). Even after several calls and emails to customer service, and documented sales of more than $10k, they said "too bad" -- and email to higher-ups are corporate were simply ignored. So now I share this word story every chance I get -- BOOooooooo Pottery Barn -- you lost me FOREVER.

Great selection. Went here to buy a new comforter cover and pillow cases and found out they were on sale which made it even better! My only complaint was that there really wasnt any customer service and I appreciate that while shopping. Especially for home decor.
