I went to look for furniture with a friend and was followed the entire time I was there. Its not like we were the only ones in the store either, and I get the fact that ppl get commission but it was creepy and annoying. If I tell u I am just looking I am doing just that no need to follow me around to make sure, if I needed assistance I wouldve went to find the original sales person and gotten help. It made us both feel like we werent wanted there, and so we left.

WE bought our living room set at Tiffanys after much back and forth and questions addressed mainly to Patrick, our salesman, who I must say has the patience of a saint. He answered everyone of our countless and i would dare say sometimes annoying questions with calm and professionalism. We visited Tiffany;s several times and were always greeted well and told to take our time. The furniture is top quality,the price was right and delivery was a snap.

Do NOT buy anything from Tiffany Furniture located at 1641 Broad Hollow Rd, Farmingdale, NY 11735 (they are Persian) I bought a mattressfrom them that started to sink after a years use. After trying to contact them numerous times and getting a hold of them they give me a story that its not there fault and never call me back!!!! seems they sell 2nd hand merchandise and represent that it is new with full warranty. Bunch of liars and thieves!!!!

The Tiffany Furniture Store is by far the WORST furniture company to purchase from. Bad business/service and they dont care to assist their customer of their issue; the manager would just reply its not his problem to deal with. As a customer service should not be given as such its written CUSTOMERS COMES FIRST... What happened to that policy; clearly Tiffany Furniture Store doesnt follow.

This place is a scam. I received a table from them which was inspected and diagnosed with post powder beetles. They took the table back and are in absolute refusal to refund us. We are now robbed $700 without a kitchen table and ran the risk of ruining our whole house with the beetles eating away our home. Please avoid them at allll costs

Bad service, damaged on delivery dont buy anything from here. Saving 300$ isnt worth the headaches that come with it.
