Bridgette was just the best over the phone in taking my floral arrangement with candy and anniversary balloon for my brother and sister in laws 50th wedding anniversary. When I tried to get non alcoholic sparking cider ordered through another vendor and they sent me a last minute email that they couldnt , I called back to the florist and they went out of their way to get it to add to the delivery. They made it possible to give this wonderful couple a party for two.They were so excited and pleased by Bo Kay. They sent me pics and I can highly recommend them for their service and heart.

I bought flowers from someone else for Valentines and got them the day before...within 10 minutes I had BoKay on the phone paid less and they delivered the most beautiful flowers the next day "on Valentines" and saved me!!! Thanks BoKay you made me a hero by being my hero...youre the best out there by far!!!

This is the best floral services you will receive anywhere in Ocala! The attention to detail and the care they put into their arrangements is unlike anything you will find in any other flower shop. I wouldnt go to anyone other than Bokay Florist for my flower needs.

Wanted flowers for wifes birthday. Got 4-5 flowers just thrown into vase no kind of arrangement. The young lady at counter seemed put out because I wanted to wait for the flowers. Will not be using them again.
