What a great shop (in a reimagined bungalow) for paper aficionados! They have a wonderland of paper goods ... and they offer classes in paper-oriented arts (lettering, calligraphy, origami, journaling, bookmaking). Sensory overload! They also offer antique typewriters for sale ... and classes in how to use them. You should come and see all this awesomeness for yourself!

If you are a crafter, paper lover, writer or typewriter geek you have found heaven. It is so beautiful and friendly here. The classes are fun - always a party- the selection of paper goods (cards notebooks etc) is finally eclectic and mostly hand letter pressed. They also have dozens of vintage restored typewriters to use, rent or buy.

Risha did a spectacular job on the calligraphy for my daughters wedding invitations. They were so gorgeous I was almost sad to put them in the mail! She and Tona were a pleasure to work with. I had quite a few last minute revisions, all of which were graciously accommodated with minimal turnaround time.

The Paper Seahorse was such a pleasant discovery! Situated in a darling cottage, this whimsical shop has a vast array of delightful paper goods, cards, books, and they even have typewriters you can use or purchase. Definitely stop in, check out the classes they offer, and enjoy this fabulous hidden gem!

I love the atmosphere at The Paper Seahorse. Its a very special place. They take a lot of time to help you, and the papers are beautiful. Mostly handcrafted papers, papers and envelopes for special invitations or other mail. They have a great selection of secondhand books.

The Paper Seahorse is a one of a kind location in Tampa. The owner, Tona, and her staff are ever helpful and inspiring. Their inventory is always fresh and fun, and their growing schedule of creative classes is bar none.

The owner really loves her work, and it shows in her shop. Ask her about origami. Id return regularly if I lived in the area to attend the various classes.
