This is in response to the reviewer below who has a problem with the fact that Paper Trails schedules appointments for brides looking for wedding invitations. Having been in the market for wedding invitations in the past, I have no idea how this could be a problem for ANYONE! In fact, I would argue that an appointment at Paper Trails gives you the chance to get dedicated, personal attention from an experienced bridal consultant who will help you find an amazing invitation that youll love, as well as help you stay within your budget. Honestly, having had the experience of looking for wedding invitations, I would AVOID dealing with any paper boutique or retailer who doesnt schedule bridal appointments. What purchase could be more important? The reviewer writes, "...at least they let me know right off the bat that I am not important and neither are my choices for my wedding day." WRONG! The purpose of the appointment is to carve out one-on-one time with the bride, precisely because your choices for your wedding day ARE important! Lastly, Ive been a customer of Paper Trails of Rocky River for two years. Ive purchased gifts, stationery, cards and Christmas cards, so Im also familiar with their great printing and design services. Ive never ONCE been "treated poorly." Quite the opposite! The staff at Paper Trails is friendly, knowledgable and fun! "Slightly rude?" (insert eye roll here) I agree with the other reviewer that gave Paper Trails 5 stars...if you appreciate one-on-one attention and expert advice, you dont need to go anywhere else! I highly recommend visiting the shop...you wont be disappointed! Oh, and the Paper Trails website is very cool and informative. "Fancy?" Absolutely. Broken? Not so much ;)

I dont know if the reviewer below was discussing Paper Trails of Rocky River, but I am sorry that this bride (her poor groom!) is so disgruntled about her experience (if it was Paper Trails). I have been a devoted customer to this paper boutique for the past two years and each experience in the shop has been the best retail therapy a girl could ASK FOR!!!! I have been thrilled with the genuine and knowledgable staff, the customer service, the quality of the paper and invitations they sell, as well as the design and print services they offer. I would highly reccommend you visit the shop for your personal stationary, invitation and or retail needs. They have wonderful gifts too! Please do not take this "one star" (insert EYE ROLL HERE) seriously. As a consumer, I appreciate the one on one attention and advice these fabulous ladies have to offer.... Keep up the good work PT!!!!

I would like to give Paper Trails of Rocky River two enthusiastic thumbs way up. While I am perfectly capable of looking through books of invitations myself, the guidance and collaboration I received in my bridal appointment made my invitations more beautiful (and affordable) then I could have ever done on my own. The staff at Paper Trails was friendly, knowledgable and most important to me, patient with every aspect of the design process. They took time to get to know my style and were able to find exactly what I was interested in. I am so glad I purchased my invitations and save the dates at Paper Trails. Furthermore, its so gratifying to be able to support the local ecomony and have your business truly appreciated.

Paper Trails was a great place to choose our wedding invitations. Their wedding stationary options are endless and their wedding consultant, Melissa helped us find the perfect invitations. We received dozens of compliments on our wedding stationary. Melissa answered all of our questions and helped us the find unique wedding invitations that were in our budget. Once our digital wedding invitation proof was complete Melissa guided us through the editing process and ensured our font and wording was perfect. I truly believe you can find the perfect stationary at Paper Trails and highly recommend you visit Melissa.

If I am getting married, I am obviously old enough to go around a store and look at wedding invitations. Rocky River Paper does not think you can handle this daunting task alone (insert eye roll here) so you have to go by appointment only, and when you question their practices, they will be more than slightly rude about telling you they are booked. If I wanted to be treated poorly, I would persist, but at least they let me know right off the bat that I am not important and neither are my choices for my wedding day. Also, their website is broken. Wow, how fancy.

Kris saved my bacon! I grossly underestimated my ability to print my own wedding invitations and get them out on time after having something designed on Etsy. When I went to print them I couldnt get the colors to come out right, the stock I tried didnt work. It was a MESS! Then I called Paper Trails. Kris found me a great stock, was able to get all the color corrections taken care of and the invitations looked beautiful! That will teach me to try to do it myself. Thank you SO much!

I was hoping to find a wide selection of decorative and unique papers for mixed media projects, but this is more of a stationary store for special occasions.
