I am very disappointed. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday. When they hadnt been delivered by 2 p.m. I called to find out if everything was okay. I was told that some of the flowers were not available for the arrangement I chose. They offered to substitute other flowers and I agreed. Unfortunately when I saw the arrangement it did not look anything like it did online. The size of the flowers they substituted were half the size of the picture. I also thought it was in poor taste 2 call the recipient of the flowers and ruined the surprise. Maybe this was an isolated issue however, I am very very disappointed.

The worst customer service experience Ive ever had with the florist. I called to order flowers to be sent to a hospital. The lady answered the phone asked how she could help me, I told her that I was wanting to send flowers to my mother-in-law who is in the hospital. She placed me on hold. I held for almost 13 minutes and then someone hung up the line. I kept trying to call back and it says to call during regular business hours, even though according to their voicemail and what it states online they are still open. Deafly will not call this place again!!

I ordered through their website delivery for next day delivery of flowers to the hospital. I received a phone call the next morning from Heritage that the patient wasnt at the specified hospital. They very helpfully called the recipient for me to locate them and arrange delivery. The caller was very courteous and helpful. The flowers were much appreciated by the recipient, and I appreciated the convenience and customer service that Heritage provided. I would definitely recommend.

When some hydrangeas in an otherwise beautiful arrangement started wilting just a few hours after they were delivered, Heritage went above and beyond to make it right with with me, even though I was admittedly short with them on the phone in one conversation. They delivered another full, beautiful arrangement the very next day. Theyve earned my trust and respect; give them a chance to let them earn yours. Highly recommended.

A friends father passed away. I called Heritage Flowers to order a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to the Funeral Home (Hiers-Baxley on Silver Springs Boulevard). When I placed the order I asked only that it be spectacular. It is. It is magnificent. They far exceeded my expectation. Dawn Marie did a fantastic job with my wedding flowers and was very easy to coordinate with for an out-of-state wedding. I sent her a picture of the bouquet I wanted and not only did she shop around to stay within my budget, she made the bouquet exactly as I had requested. It couldnt have had a better experience!

Ordered an arrangement for delivery. Unfortunately, they were out of the particular plants I ordered so they offered a little more expensive arrangement without charging me anything extra. After delivery was made, the person I sent them to said they were beautiful. Very nice to do business with.
