Le Cirque des Rêves

My husband and i went in to look around. There was a beautiful African Grey. I wanted to see him but the worker was standing about 5 feet from us texting. We were not greeted nor acknowledged until i finally asked if we could see the Afrian Grey. She hesitated for just a second and said yes. She opened cage up and stepped aside. I guess I was taking him out? Okay. Put my hand in cage and the AG goes nuts. The employee tells me just grab him and put him on the top cage. I was curious why she didnt when the AG launched over and bit me taking a large chunk out of my knuckle. THEN the employee says yeah he really doesnt like anyone except one worker here. UMMMM...that would have been nice to know before I had a large chunk of skin taken out of my knuckle. Walking away with a bleeding knuckle she asks if i needed a bandaid. I realize they want to sell this bird, but letting potential customers get bit is not the best way to go about that.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had! My daughters worked hard all year long to earn a guinea pig, when we finally got her and brought her home we got 5 days in and she had three babies! After it was all said and done the mother became very angry and agitated. I attempted to contact PetLand and was told I could surrender the animals and they would be resold to a new family. I have also attempted multiple times to get in touch with someone from the corporate office and my emails have gone unanswered. I think its a shame that places like petland pretend to give a damn until an animal doesnt work out and then its just seen as cash!

Was just in petland looking to buy a dog with my son for his birthday my son asked to play with a dog the bigger girl that works there said not today ....then she turn to see me standing there ...then she asked him what one he wanted,,,he pointed at the Saint Bernard then she said no not that one walked away and left me standing with my son to talk to some lady in a blue dress ... will not come back here no more if thats the kind of treatment Im going to get as a customer ,,,,,Im going to edit this the lady in the blue dress was from Channel 6 , girl was more worried about getting on the news then helping a customer. ..thanks

I dont know how many times I have waited at the counter to get checked out even made contact with the employees and 5 plus minutes later someone comes to help. I have also been interested in getting some reptiles from them and no one knows what they are talking about. They have labeled a milk snake "cornsnake" and when I confronted them about it they said its just a different type of morph. Couple weeks ago they had a ball python that was so badly dehydrated he was nearly dead when I picked him up.

Place is really good to navigate if youre disabled. Plenty of room to get around and clean, clear aisles. They sell animals here, so you can stop in see and pet them. Theyre all terribly expensive though, and they are pet shop animals (cant recommend supporting it by buying pets at them). Sell pet supplies though, so they do have reason to come if you need pet supplies. Food seems more expensive here, but not bad for pet accessories like leashes, cages, etc.

None of the animals had food or water,I almost vomited while walking near the hermit crab tank.Prices are WAY too high for crabs and display dogs were smearing and walking in there own fecies.The heir crabs have no proper care at all.Employees ignored me as I was trying to get prices and checking out.The aquatic plant tank was dead and was milky as fish were also dead in each tank.This store needs reported and she down.

I purchased a pet rat from Petland today. The animals were very clean and healthy looking. They were all friendly and came up to me. The store was clean and all of the animals were in good condition. I was helped right away and was impressed with the good service. This has been the best Petland I have ever been to.

Everyone there is very passionate about not only their jobs, but their customers well being and happiness as well. I had a wonderful experience from the moment i walked in, until the moment i left!!!

They are a scam I bought a puppy from them that got killed they replaced her with my Boston terrier who has spinal problems and now they are only covering half of what the original puppy is worth and we have kept up with the puppys for life program will never buy any thing from them again

This place is awesome. Ive been in Lancaster for about a month and this is my favorite place so far. I love going and playing with the animals, the people are friendly, and they have plenty of supplies for taking care of your own pets. Id give it 6 stars if that was an option!

I love taking my dog to this store the workers are always upbeat and friendly. The animals appear to be very well cared for and the store is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I would give them more stars if I could. We will definitely be returning.

BOUGHT A GERMAN SHEPHERD PUPPY FROM THEM LAST THURSDAY. WHEN WE GOT IT HOME IT STARTED BREATHING FUNNY AND DRY HEAVING. WE TOOK THE PUPPY TO THE VET THE NEXT MORNING AND SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PNUEMONIA. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE

This company only cares about profits and not for the animals. Any pet you get from here is going to be sick and dying. They have shown time and time again that they are going to exploit the Ohio government to keep their mills running. BEWARE!!

Went in to look at puppies and theyre super cute, but easily ten times more than what youd pay from a breeder. Look for prices in the 4K range for animals worth $200-$500.

The gut I gad didnt tie my fish bag all the way and all the water and fish spilled put in the grocery bag and that are also really overpriced
