Best Dealership experience I have ever had. Phillip Moore was the one we talked to. We went in kind of late that day to test drive a Dodge Journey. We werent sure we would even like it while we were away test driving, Phillip got a quote and info on our trade in. My wife was wanting to trade out of her smaller suv for something affordable with 3rd row. Phillip didnt ride with us which was kind of nice so we free to talk about the car without some one over our shoulder. We liked it came back most was done we gave our info for getting a loan, we got approved at a just a little over what we wanted but it was a car that that was 2 package levels above what I had been looking at too and my wife really loved it so we were able to take it home that night. We had a great time and I am looking forward to get a Truck from them some day too. We were there about 2 hours in total I have spend over 5 hours at all my perivious dealerships in bigger cities I wish I just gone local.

I actually live in NC. But I was looking at a truck locally that carfax showed was maintained by Stanley Chrysler. I decided on a whim to email them and see if they could give me any additional info on the truck to see if there were any issues with it that I may not be able to see on the surface. Minutes later Jose Mares emailed me back and told me he would do his best to find out some info for me. I didnt really even expect and email back much less him to go through the trouble of looking into it for me since I wasnt actually buying anything from them. He actually tracked down the mechanic that had worked on it and talked to the General Manager and got me more info than I would have ever expected, and he spent way more time on it than I would have ever expected. I wish I was closer to this dealership so I could actually purchase a vehicle from them. Great dealership and staff!

Purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 in 2014 from them. Got a decent deal, good truck. Got an appt from service dept for the software update for the software update for GPS, went to appt, did not have software, it is a 38 mile trip from my house. Next appt did have software. Next appt was for something stupid, but went to the service appt, did not have the part again. Had to come back for the next appt. Went to trade truck in from 2016 Dodge Ram, really nice truck, Lost deal over 500 dollars. Purchased a GMC, Bayer would give me the extra 500 for my trade in, plus the service department has the parts on hand.

Not pleased my truck has been in shop longer than it should be for the minor issues needed fixed!!!! Truck has been in shop for a week now and was told it may be their til next week!!!! Last time it was in the shop it was their for around 5 days to replace DEF module and clean out DEF system and to replace a few other minor issues!!!!! Truck has been in shop for DEF system issues twice now!!!! Not a fan of shops that hide the truth!!! Seeing as how I do have exp as a mechanic I do know enough that the mail runs 3 to 4 days, ups same, and fed ex is also the same!!!!

I couldnt have asked for a better experience with Jerry at Stanley Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Brownwood, Texas. Jerry worked with me and found the car I was looking for even though I was in Japan when I first contacted him. He found the car and had it delivered to him and made the deal with me all before I moved back to the states. When I arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready for me and I just had to sign the paperwork. He was wonderful to work with as was everyone at the dealership. Great experience!

A+ Service. John Bunn never made it so easy purchasing a vehicle. 2nd suv I have purchased from these good folks and I never even had to step foot on the dealership. I dont live in Brownwood however will continue to use them whenever I am in need of a new or used car and would refer anyone without hesitation. The exact suv I wanted was unfortunately not on their lot however he was able to find, purchase, inspect, and have delivered to my front door within a matter of 48 hours. No complaints whatsoever.

The sales and service staff at Stanley Dodge in Brownwood are great. The strive to make your shopping experience first rate. The service department clicks all the boxes to make sure everything is taken care of during your visit. And the sofas in the lobby are soooo comfy if you wait! I recently experienced a strange problem with my Jeep SRT. The service staff was very considerate and helpful. The dealership manager even called me to discuss the situation with my vehicle, and in todays business world that doesnt much any more. I would definitely recommend Stanley Chrysler for vehicle purchase and repair. Very Good Experience!

Thanks to the Internet I was able to find and purchase a vehicle half a country away. Stanley made the purchase in Texas, and registration in my state easy. The salesman Jose Mare was willing to work the deal even when he was home taking care of his sick child. Happy with my purchase, and would buy again from Stanley.
