Ive had such bad experience lately with Kia ancira and World car kia. Since Ive trading in my soul which gave me zero issues I decided on a 2017 Sportage! I was excited and treated great until my a/c went out only after about 30days. Ok not really expected with purchasing a vehicle brand new off the lot. So I called only to be treated poorly. I could not get anyone to call me back I kept calling finally spoke with someone and was told to bring my vehicle in. great! Nope a/c went out again after 2 separate attempts and visits finally a gentleman higher up called me and recommend I take my vehicle to Kia Ancira so I did they were nice kept my vehicle for about 5 days over 4th of July weekend which I hated because I was excited to take my new Sportage on my camping trip but never happened had to take a rental. I go to pick up my vehicle when they finally called that it was fixed. drive about a block away from the dealership and hot air starts to blow out of my a/c again well thats not ok especially after having my brand new vehicle for 5 days youd think theyd checked my a/c before they let me drive off!! So I sat and waited so they could take it to the back and fix it again took about 20/30 minutes and bam its cold air blowing. Id like to say thats the end of my worries but its not. exactly 30 days later my a/c is out again!! This has been my 4th trip to service department to get my a/c fixed. Did I get a lemon? Am I suppose to return every 30 days to have my a/c fixed? obviously something is WRONG with this vehicle what a mess I miss my soul. My biggest frustration is the lack of communication they give. When do I get my vehicle back? Whats really going on with my Sportage and not to mention no apology for having to visit the 2 different dealerships 4 times and no one seems to get it right. I didnt trade in my soul and choose a 2017 to have this many issues already!! seriously can anyone help!!! Funny how everyone at the dealership is eager to see you purchase but when you really need help all you get is crappy customer service. NOT HAPPY KIA make this right its not my fault I was sold a vehicle with issues.

I recently decided to look into trading in my 2008 rio5 for a soul. It was in bad shape from accidents and hail damage and I had already been told by my bank that even though my credit was average and I had a good record with them, Id still need a co-signer. So, I headed to Kia on the south side of S.A and was basically feeling dejected when I left. They kept trying to put me in stuff I didnt like, were asking way too much for everything and wouldnt even talk numbers with me until my dad went with me. Thats when I remembered that Ancira Kia had emailed me and called to check in with me. I called them up, told them what I wanted, my deal breakers, and what was negotiable. I was in luck. They had a Black 2014 Soul with the exclaim package, which was really close to what I had wanted. I headed over and met with Tim Horan. He let me play in the car by myself while he got my rio5 appraised. This took so much pressure off of me and let me get a real feel for the car without a salesman around. It was perfect. We took a ride around some of San Antonio, he joked with me, made me feel at ease, wasnt pushy, and let the car almost sell itself with his guidance. We got back to the dealership and he worked on the price with me and it was great but I had to wait until the following week for my dad to go sign stuff. Or so I thought. He knew I wanted to do everything on my own so he saw what he could do, was honest about the rate being a little higher if we went with my credit only, and came back with a very good number. Thats when he told me Id be driving home in my new car that night. I couldnt believe it. I was emotional and happy and proud of myself. We added some packages to my car and I was introduced to everyone that had a hand in the sale. Everyone was wonderful from finance (Ernest Trevino) to the service team (Nichelle). There was another girl helping out but I dont remember her name. She was awesome, though! I dont think Ill ever go to another dealership, again. Thank you, Tim and everyone at Ancira Kia. You guys rock!

As a "Returning Kia Customer" this recent purchase marks my 3rd Sorrento in the past 13 1/2 years. My first purchase was nerve wracking as I had my Sorrento in the shop 7 times before my first payment w/a rough idle to the engine and about to go on a road trip to Santa Fe, New Mexico. My second one was frustrating as far as haggling w/Fin. Dept. Started me w/a 9.4% interest rate until I mentioned that my credit union was SSFCU and ended up w/a 4.2% interest rate. I smartened up this time and began the financial approvals thru SSFCU & Bank of America just in case. I had been in for an oil change earlier this year and decided to walk the lot. Enter Mr. Christian Teodocio, came by to say hello asked a couple of questions, said to let him know if I needed anything and left me to continue w/my walk. I appreciated that more than anyone will ever know because of my previous experiences. After my walk, I looked for Mr. Chris and asked a couple of questions of my own, shared my past experiences w/him and he profusely apologized and stated that if I was ever in the market he would be happy to assist. He gave me his card and I told him when I was ready for a new Sorrento I would definitely call him. Almost 3 months later and a great Memorial Day campaign, I made that phone call to Mr. Chris. I appreciated the No-Rush" approach, his Professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and efforts thru this entire process. My purchase took the entire weekend because of this special campaign, but it was worth it. To Anyone that is considering the purchase of a Kia vehicle, stop by and ask for Christian Teodocio. Thank you again Mr. Chris!!

This is by far the biggest rip off dealer in San Antonio I took my car in for a repair it was driving sluggish They told me to do to maintenance negligence they was going to void my warranty on the low mile car I still had plenty of factory warranty left it was a well maintain car with documents to prove it they told me they took my engine apart and that the only option I had was to replace the motor they contacted Kia assistance voided my warranty my car sit in their parking lot for over four months it took two months just to get an answer what was going on they told me the only option I had was to replace my engine and that was it I feel I was talking advantage of I felt I was lied to and I was because I took my car to another dealer they flushed my engine and my cars been fine ever since thats all it needed it was an engine flush it cost me $100 of labor and $20 in parts they wanted me to pay over $6000 out of my pocket what does that sound like to you I would never recommend anyone to go here you could tell their service center that they are ripoffs ive seen bigger service centers at gas stations The service is bad the employees are bad all around it was the worst car experience Ive ever had and to top it off they called Kia and voided my warranty I would not recommend anyone to do business with these people they are big liers and thieves and I have proof of that I still cant believe what this dealer did to me and my car its just a case of a dealer would tell you anything to get your money and lev you no options....
