Roy and Naz were very professional and they talk and explain it to you plain and simple. The best customer service and the most important thing, they will guide and help you to get the best deal.Some local and Laredo dealers called me to make and appointment because I was interested on a pick up truck but there was 0 professionalism on them BUT then I met Naz and Roy and it worth every penny spent driving all the way to San Antonio to make a great deal. Roy was awesome and very accommodating. I didnt have very good credit nor did I have a big down payment but Roy was able to get me into a 2014 Silverado with under 50 miles on the clock with very affordable payments. Im very pleased with my new truck, the car buying experience, and the entire process. He even got the truck tinted for me. *Great Service/Recommend*.... Since Im not from this area I used Auto Siglos website to apply for loan credit application and within a few hours I spoke with Roy and was approved and able to communicate easily via Email and text messaging which I think is easier and more convenient way of negotiating when you have a busy work schedule. Roy and naz were WONDERFUL! If you have not so great credit this is the place for you I literally went to ten dealers before I found this place and some tried sticking me in a car I didnt want! Or wanted a very high monthly payment! But these guys got me into a car that was affordable and the one I searched everywhere for! Best car buying experience Ive had. Got approved at my bank for the car I wanted and needed because I was without due to some certain circumstances. I was having trouble getting everything I needed for my bank so Naz told me about another bank and I got approved that day and walked away with my car as well. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Naz and Roy scammed my family and I into thinking we were getting a good deal on a truck that we later found out had incorrect mileage. When we tried to resolve the problem they are no help and will not refund our money. Now we have a truck with a branded title that is worth half of what we payed. Please do not do business at this shady place.

Buy a truck in this business and the next day the check engine light turns on, i take it back to the car lot and roy tell me they goin to fix it and ask me to call with the financial bank to receive his pay for the truck, i do that, i trust in roy (my bad) and my truck was never fixed. I RECOMMEND DO NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON
