The price was fair. Sales team was great (of course or you don’t buy). However, we purchased a used 2014 Ram 3500. It had EIGHT unchecked factory recalls with fixes that we were not told about. This caused us to have to get a place to stay and be one day delayed in our travels because one of the recall items. We got a warning of 150 miles to go before the truck could only travel at 5 MPH. This did not make any of us happy. Now there are still seven more recalls to take care of before we take the vehicle to work. To further complicate the purchase, we found out after the fact that the truck had been previously wrecked and was not listed in the details nor was it revealed by the dealership. This leaves me to wonder what else they didnt tell us.

Found the company on the web as it was in my neighborhood. I wanted to sell My 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SE and it was one of three I received a purchase price from. It was by far the most pleasant experience Ive ever had of either purchasing or selling a vehicle. The partner in the business, John McDonald, and I met and immediately started a long conversation (not having to do with cars). Then he did the appraisalland offered a price - which was very fair and above the other 2 appraisals. He even took me home after the deal so my wife didnt have to come to get me. Flat out Amazing! P.S. While he was doing the appraisal I looked at several of the vehicles on the lot. All of them at low mileage and from all appearances in excellent shape.

I drove from Austin to see a truck I asked about over the phone. I asked if there was anything i needed to know that was not listed on the website (accidents, oil leaks). The salesman said "no, nothing". When i got to the dealership i find that the vehicle has been in an accident (very apparent), the engine was leaking oil, the radiator was leaking, tires rotted, interrior scuffed very badly, rear window replaced and sealed in place and it hesitated to start. This dealership just wants to sell vehicles... please do not waste your time as you will be lied to just to sell a vehicle.

I found a Ford Focus here to replace mine that had been totaled by a drunk driver. They were very nice, honest, and helpful as well as patient with us with all the back and forth with the insurance company to get the right documentation. Joey was great. He had all the paperwork ready when we got there and walked us through the process really well. They go the extra mile to make sure that everything is right with the vehicle and they have excellent customer service.

My Husband just bought a 2006 BMW X3 off this lot. He said he had a great experience there. Solid variety of vehicles in great condition, lower-end miles, and fair prices. He liked that the salesman let you do your own thing and check out the options without hovering. We are going to recommend all of our friends to keep an eye on this lot, great deals are constantly flowing in and out.

Great people, i saw the car Sunday and guess what Monday I purchased the car after spending there 2.5 hours. Keith took care of the whole thing and also delivered the car later the same day . Amazing people and dealership. I would definitely recommend them. My wife loves her Mazda 6. Great price great value great customer service. Thank you for everything.

I must admit, this was the best car buying experience Ive ever had! Jose Ruiz was my salesman and he got me the rates I needed in order to purchase my new Tacoma. Also it only took an hour an half to get everything done and out the door. I dont know about you but it usually always takes 3-6 hours to purchase a vehicle. Totally impressed!

Found this place and the truck I wanted through the USAA car buying service. Emailed them and they got right back with me. The truck was priced right and I didnt have to worry about haggling. They gave me a fair price for my trade and I was in and out of there in no time.
