They are very unprofessional I went there 6/12/17 in the market for a three roll SUV the sales guy AARON SOLIS showed me a 2017 Dodge Journey told me this was the best vehicle for me. So I trusted him gave him my info we went over what I would be putting down and what my budget was for monthly payments he said ok came out and told me good news your approved. Being excited as any customer would told me I needed a co signed which was no problem had my husband then gave him his info everything was all good. He told me I needed to see the Finance to sign the deal and could come back the following day so my husband could sign his half spoke to Finance guy LEE signed the buyers tag and insurance paper stating I would get full coverage for Journey the following day he gave me his card saying call me anytime. That day I left with the vehicle thinking the following day I would come back and sign my deal so I got my full coverage for there vehicle and gave my deposit of $800. The following day they gave me the run around when we got there told me we needed to come back Waiting on bank. I waited till 6/16 still no call I called AARON told me nothing yet told me and my husband to wait till Monday I didnt except that I called to speak to SALES manager HOWARD said was having trouble with bank cause my husband didnt have a drivers license which didnt make sense cause I was the primary signer. Then gave me the same run around told me dont worrie everything is fine had several approvals from other banks anyway said we will get back with you Monday by 12noon. Come Monday no calls called him never got back with me called AARON he said nothing yet said dont worrie for sure we will be good by next day waited till 6/22 and nothing went there told them I wanted a refund didnt want there vehicle at all wanted my $800 back the manager tried saying we had made a scracked on the side which wasnt true nothing happened to the vehicle I thinking what they were trying to do was they were finding any reason the keep my deposit worst experience ever dont go there they were all rude even front desk and dont ever return calls. Only guy who helped me with return was Rudy store director said he was so sorry didnt know what was going on was on vacation whos knows. Just dont go there getting ready to report them the bbb asap.

BAD SERVICE DEPT!! I would give this dealership NEGATIVE STARS.I have been taking my older Jeep Grand Cherokee to this service dept because its closer to my home. You have cars parked in the service lane going in and coming out. When you arrive, you have to enter the building and sometimes you dont find anyone at their desks. I had to go looking for someone to help me. Then at times when their is someone in the front, they are on the computer or talking with other employees.. dont even acknowledge if you are their and you wait until they are finished with whatever they are doing. These men dont have any customer service at all. If you want to work the front, you need to learn CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The mechanics or whoever inspects the vehicle, the DO NOT inspect the vehicle at all!!! I mentioned I had an older Jeep, well it has an oil leak and I took my jeep for service 2 times and no one mentioned I had an oil leak. Until I went in on my next service and asked them to check for my leak and then I get incorrect answers on where my leak is coming from. I also was looking under my SUV and noticed one of my shock absorbers leaking and these mechanics didnt notice that either during their inspection of my vehicle. And most important, when you find a problem or dont, a service man should always talk with the customer briefly about what was done on their vehicle. I always have to go and look for someone to talk about my vehicle, especially being an older model, things start needing repairs and would like to know what to look forward to. I have contacted the Supervisor from the service dept and all I received was I have been trying to get his team to be better at customer service. I also tried contacting the service Manager at another dealership and never received a call back. The service dept needs MAJOR IMPROVEMENTS with much better mechanics and CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. When arriving at the service dept, they need someone outside getting information from the customers and being quick about things. It is called "QUICK SERVICE"

the only reason they get one star its because I can even post until one star is given. This is an establishment that my wife has brought her truck to for years. This time we had brought it in for some repairs on the front suspension it was making a loud noise on bumps. We got it back and a day later we heard the same noise come back little by little then it got worse. so we took it back and asked to also replace the two upstream O2 censors. When we got the call that the truck was ready. I went to the dealership and took it on a test drive to make sure the sound was gone. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON WHEN I GET IN THE TRUCK on the passenger side. We finished the drive and the guy sends me on my way....... by this time Im beyond pist. I take my truck to Ancira on I 10 and Hebnear on the NW side. Turns out they put in the wrong O2 censors in. In my opinion causing the computer to burn out..... hello 1300$ bill. Took the paperwork back to loanstar...... well I get a call back from the service manger and he start by being so Damm rudd in fact calling me a a FREE LOADER.... said I just wanted to get the computer work done in Ancira for free (they would pay me back for the wrong O2 censors). so I told the man if he did not start talking to me correctly and start listening that I was Damm sure the BBB would.... well I guess no one has ever talked to them that way. to make a shorter story the payed me back the work they did and half of the work done in Ancira a grand total of 900$. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BRING THEM A VEHICLE OF ANY KIND. Run away from here..... and if you have something in the shop make sure you go under the hood and check it out. I hope you have read this and take your business elsewhere.

purchased a new 2014 Jeep Patriot. This is the first time in my life that I have bought a new vehicle, that has really upset me. Mind you I have purchased 3 other bran new cars 2 from Ford. But this piece of crap, left me stranded , only 3wks. after purchase. I have not even made one paymt. It just died no warning signs, it just felt like I was in neutral, managed to pull off road, and get towed in from Bandera Tx. This a darn shame, i had my granddaughter with me and it was extremely hot waiting for a tow, which was a Sunday, and very difficult for someone to go all the way out there and bring me back to the south side of San Antonio. I am very disgusted. Thanks to "Big Bs Towing" Took it back to dealer, they put me in a rental car, they should get back to me with the reimbursement of towing fees . I paid $165.00 from Bandera to my house on Sunday Aug. 4, 2013, and $65.00 from my house to dealership on Monday Aug.5, 2013. Really feel that they should pay for this because I dont even have 500 miles on this vehicle. Update August 8,2013. They did return my towing fees. Thank You. But they dont keep me updated on my 2014 Jeep Patriot, It has been there since August 5th. Not good service, I would never recommend this Car Dealer not even to my worse enemy. Have contacted a lawyer already. Update on Monday August 12, Jeep Patriot 2014 still in shop. received phone call that the modulator is bad and they are ordering that part and as soon as it comes in they will put the new in. This Jeep has been in shop for a whole week,already. Not a very happy customer. I feel that I should be offered a new truck or longer warranty than the 3 yrs. at their expense.
