All I can say is WOW! Ive been looking for cars for the past few weeks. Prior to coming to North Park Subaru at the Dominion, I went to several other dealerships that had customer service that was less than desirable. I really thought it would be the same song and dance here as the other dealerships and was not something I looked forward to. Boy was I wrong...As soon as my husband and I pulled in, Dan Hanus was already coming outside to greet us. Rather than trying to immediately push us into a car, Dan took us inside and talked to us about Subaru as well as the differences in leasing and buying, at the time, we were looking to lease. After a nice conversation, Dan took us to look at a 2016 Limited Forester. He showed us all the features and took us for a test drive. He even suggested we do a few things I wouldnt have thought about on my own. The turning radius on a Forester is AMAZING! I wasnt ready to pull the trigger as I need time to think about things before actually doing it. Dan suggested we leave a deposit check if we were interested so they could hold the car for us. It was during this time I decided I liked the car so much, I wanted to buy one, I didnt just want to lease as I initially was going to do. I also wanted to buy a car from Dan, the car I found was pre-owned at their other store so I asked Dan if he could get it to his store and expressed interest in wanting to get it done that day. Dan worked some magic and was able to get me a better car, with less miles and certified, beating the price of the car at their other dealership. I really have no idea how he did it. Im extremely satisfied with my purchase and feel like Dan went above and beyond. Hes extremely responsive and provides stellar customer service. My husband and I will definitely be buying future cars from him. I highly recommend you check this place out if youre looking for a car ask for Dan Dan the Subaru Man!

Do not buy here. The sales managers are screwy. I had a car picked out and asked them to send it in to just one bank. I dont need my credit being pulled at multiple places. We bank at chase and have had a majority of our car loans through chase. Told them just to send it to them and would go from there if not approved. Ended up getting an approval. Went in to seal the deal and they told us they didnt even know if they could get the car. Also there payments did not add up. We checked our credit this morning and they pulled it at about 4 or 5 different banks, after we clearly asked them not to. Worse off is they pulled our credit on a car they didnt even know they could get! Not only that but we later found out they hid about 5k in the back end and marked our rate up 1% on top of that. Your loss is someone elses gain. We are very loyal subaru buyers and not only will we be buying the car elsewhere today but you will be losing out on many car deals from us. We buy at least one subaru a year. Update: We went into the other north park subaru off san pedro yesterday and bought the car. The whole process was transparent and easy. We worked with Robert and Phil, who make the best team I have ever met. We worked numbers on the same car and our payment was 60 dollars cheaper a month right off the back. They were exactly what I had calculated them to be and they got the deal. If only the dominion was this upfront they would of had the deal. Also my mom came along and was so impressed by them that she is buying a car today from them. Please give the other north park a try before going to the dominion, you will be very satisfied!

Evaristo (Gordy) Robles and Andrew Kilgore are two of the most dishonest, dishonorable, disingenuous, and disrespectful people that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. These two bait-and-switch con men (read: liars) wasted hours of our time negotiating the price of an Outback that they later admitted having no intention of honoring. It was not until closing time that they revealed to us that the vehicle we thought we were purchasing was not going to be sold to us at the negotiated price. Instead, they tried to sell us a different vehicle (also an Outback) which we had previously seen listed on the dealerships website, but that they stated earlier that day was no longer available because it had been sold that morning. What scam artists! Our time spent at this dealership was not only the worst car-buying experience that we have ever had, but possibly the worst customer service that we have ever experienced. As the result of this atrociously poor treatment of us, on the part of Evaristo (Gordy) Robles and Andrew Kilgore, I will do my best to ensure that my family, friends, neighbors, and coworkers do not consider dealerships within Kahlig Auto Group for their automotive needs. As a native San Antonian, I consider the boycotting of Kahlig Auto Group a community service. Salesmen like Evaristo (Gordy) Robles and Andrew Kilgore are the reason why people dread the car-buying experience and why dealerships offering "no-haggle" pricing are becoming evermore popular. We regret having ever having visited North Park Subaru Dominion.

Just bought a Subaru XV CROSSTREK!!! I am stoked. This will be the third Subaru we buy in a year! The experience was awesome since you get there and Jayne sets you up with a consultant to assist you. Thank you Jayne!!! I am extremely grateful to Gordy!!! Mr. Evaristo "Gordy" Robles made this purchase as easy and simple as it could get. He was extremely diligent and caring. Mr. Palacios dealt with the finance part very promptly making it possible for me to get the best rate. A very, very young Mr. Alden explained me all the "buttons and fancy gadgets this awesome car has." Now I feel confident with my car as I am able to use all the great features my beautiful car has. That is awesome! No guessing here. Everything happening there was under the friendly and knowledgeable supervision of the Manager, Mr. Markham, always there, always available, making sure everything was perfect. It was! The salesmen and consultants are very professional and will bend backwards to get what you want. You never feel pressured and that is a great thing as they see you as a person who wants to buy the BEST CAR, not just a customer or a sale for them. The facilities are extremely pleasant and clean. They offer a variety snacks and drinks to make you feel at home. Everyone offers to serve you. That is so cool. In addition the service people will be providing service for my new "baby" for years to come. I TRUST SUBARU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

Hands down, one of the best customer service I have seen. I have purchased several vehicles in town and this dealer delivers! Ask for Rob Parr or Roger Shaw. Both were fantastic and were very patient. Rob was able to give me the best price in town for the brand new vehicle I wanted. Furthermore, he was able to locate the specific vehicle we requested in 2 business days!! Its worthy to note there was only 1 specific vehicle with those features available in the state of TX at the moment. Rob was engaged from the moment I contacted the dealer to inquire info, to the moment he delivered everything! The leadership was great and was engaged with us at all times. Dennis went above and beyond and brought us gifts for our beautiful dog. Moreover, he asked us to bring our dog and made us feel at home! Mrs. Amy Martinez was great handling the finance process. Lastly, even the GM thanked us for our business and offered his assistance if needed. Overall, I think this was one of the smoothest car purchases we have done so far. I think I may be willing to travel from out of state to do business again! Update: Not only Rob Parr helped me during the purchase, but I got a call the day before yesterday from Cameron indicating he wanted to invite us to schedule an appointment to visit the dealer. They want me to sit down with them to ask questions about my vehicle. Once we meet, they will give me a $50 gas card and a free car wash. Thats awesome!
