Wife bought a car here almost a year ago. The sales lady was helpful when we bought it but car gave us issues 6months after. Then we get a call from the sales person who helped us saying that she left the place and is working for another car dealership because the cars werent reliable and werent worth the money so we were like "did you know this already but you still sold us a car"? Currently looking for other options because every mechanic even the dealership we took the car to says its not worth the money to fix it. Should have known something was fishy when we got only one set of keys and that key was missing the automatic lock buttons to it....

THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! We had just moved from Houston, TX looking for a vehicle anywhere and everywhere. He assisted me with all my questions, sent me additional pictures of what I wanted, and set up delivery of the vehicle from Texas to Connecticut. Purchased a vehicle and left a downpayment ($1000). They canceled the sale and refused to return our downpayment because we signed it over to them when we signed their papers. Returned more than 8 times over 3 months and was passed from one person to another. The staff was uncooperative, so we had to retain the police for assistance. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Avoid the headache and lost expenses.

What I liked the most is, Theyre not in your face trying to upsell or disregard what youve already said you can afford. Ram allowed the wife and I to shop the lot within our price range and we drove off within 3 hours. Smoothest vehicle transaction possible. Im even thinking about going back to get the Texas edition Silverado if it isnt already sold.

This car buying experience was such a disappointment. I bought a luxury car & was charged for ammeneties the car was said to have. Unfortunately, many of the ammeneties were disabled or broken & were not fixed when I brought them up the day I signed. I will never refer anyone here and neither will my family.

Hands down, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Ram was really friendly, very attentive, and knew all the details about anything we asked. The finance department was pretty quick and got us a better deal than we were expecting! We will definitely purchase from them in the future!
