I have found some very good quality items at this store including clothes and shoes. The only suggestion I have is they need more fitting rooms. I had about 12 items to try on, while I went to one of the four fitting room there were absolutely no one waiting in line behind me. They allow only 6 items to try on so I took 6 pieces at a time. The first 6 was fine, i came out there was no one. while i was trying on the last 6, I heard this man outside complaining to the cashier that I was taking way too long. I heard the cashier simply said to the man complaining there was nothing she could do, and I needed common decency. I actually didnt even get to finish trying on clothes,because I was so embarrassed and humiliated in the fitting room, i opened up the fitting room door and this guy went up to me and told me I need some courtesy towards others, he said he saw me in fitting room a while ago and Im only allowed to try on 6 items. I didnt even have a chance to explain that when I came in there wasnt anyone in line so i thought it was ok to try on more clothes....then there was suddenly a huge line......but who would listen to me when you have a crowd of angry people lining up...... I have never felt this uncomfortable at a fitting room in my life, not even during ZARAs semi annual sale and there are 50 women in fitting room line. They treated me nicer than this. I quickly apologized to everyone in line and left the store.

Goodwill is a bright and fun store in North Orange County. To donate, pull around to back alley (behind store) and notice gray bins on the right side. Lots of activity at this store and they offer high quality merchandise for sale. Employee helped me offload a Tory Burch bag (accidently dropped into the Mediterranean) an old 80s monitor and no longer sparkly designer flats (storm in Galapagos) for revamping and offering to customers. Store has selection of designer wear, shoes, and bags. Worth a visit and dedication of a few hours of shopping within budget. Excellent quality merchandise and a tidy store are positives of this location.

Its very small but I have gotten some good things here. The surrounding area is a bit upscale in comparison to some of North OC so Ive found some good designer clothes from time to time. The shoes are ok too. The furniture is terrible though.

This is a pretty nice GW :) We find a lot of stuff thats brand new from target and other stores. And then there are pre-owned things that are like new too ! Staff is always nice and the store is nicely organized :)
