The staff (Single Operator) here is very knowledgeable in Warhammer 40000, Warhammer Fantasy / Age of Sigmar, and the Hobbit game. He is always friendly and will assist you in finding the right models to expand your existing collection, or start a new one. For over a year (before he was an operator) I watched him paint an entire Grey Knights Army; during that time he introduced me to several techniques that have improved my own painting skills. He is great with children that come in and want to learn about the hobby and is very patient while giving them demonstrations on painting and playing the games. The only con I have found with this store is that the overbearing passive aggressive behavior of many of the players can be exasperating, more-so then the last GW location I played at; especially when they are interrupting your game constantly. I can’t wait to see what events and games he comes up with; while he was working with an operator at another GW location they created some of the most memorable campaigns and great painting contests.

Extremely helpful service. The employee draws you in to the table top gaming experience and makes the experience wonderful. Feels like your at home because of the friendliness, professionalism and amount of comfort that is given along with the friendly competitors and hobbyists that go there. Amazing job and please keep up the excellent work. It is very hard to see this kind of customer service and knowledge of a product else where.

Took advantage of the free painting lesson. The young asian salesperson who greeted up was very welcoming and showed us how to do teh dry-brushing and detailing - and even walked us through a sample game! He was very knowledgeable about the games they carried there. Very enjoyable experience!

Im sure the staff is nice and all but it still irks me to no end that GW would set up shop 5 miles from an independent Game Store. The guys over at The Realm really pushed GW and got me into it, if they lose any business to this GW store it would be a shame. GW fails again.
