This at&t is HORRIBLE! worse service in the world. nobody tried to assist my boyfriend and I, the store manager aimee was nice at first then unbelievebly rude. she hid in the backroom for more than 2 hours. i was in the store for about 3 hours with no help! and when i needed them to call customer care and they wouldnt do it. when trying to get some service all the other managers ran to the back as well while aimee kept in hiding. worst service ever! i will never get at&t and i recommend to not go to the store in the west covina mall and be assisted by aimee!

Omgah HORRIBLE SERVICE. I have been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for them to get a new SIM card and four of the workers are socializing with one another. They just told me to sit and wait to be serviced but they have yet to come....

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon. Was super busy. Was 7th person to get helped. Wait was about 30-45 min. When it was my turn, I had an awesome employee help me. I think his name was Miguel A. He was cool!! It was worth the wait.

They will never pick up the phone if you call and everything must be done inside the store. My $80 item has not shipped for store pick up last week so I have to rely on the customer service in the location for help.
