RUDE&RACIST I go to joans arts & crafts in search of supplies for my sons project now I know people think arts & crafts is for older people but the staff in my opinion are way to old I felt like I walked into a nursing home and the employe who was of youth was not of use it seemed like they hired the boy yesturday he had to ask the elderly woman which took her an hr to understand what he was asking and another hr to say where the item is located now I rarely use the race card but how are you gonna have the worst attitude like you are mad at the world towards me (colored) and turn around help another customer (white) and have the best attitude in the world even ask him how his day was going when it seemed to even bother this lady to even help me to put the icing on the cake there was an item that they had no idea what the price was so they said they didn't know what to do so.they asked me to look for another item that was similar so I checked if there was but there was nothing that came close so I went and explained that to them and instead checking the catalog to get an accurate price for the product she simply just felt it and said "yup this is the more expensive stuff" so she invented her own price which I felt was overpriced it should have been marked down since they couldn't find the price this place is horrible next time ill try michaels

Im a regular shopper at this location and never had an issue until recently when shopping and couldnt use my coupons. The lady helping me was fairly new and soo rude insisting that I used my coupon already, I tried explaining they had different codes and had not been used yet but she still refused taking them! The staff has always been great and very helpful when it came to coupons, maybe theyve limited the use per customer on one purchase. Not being able to use my coupons was a huge inconvenience being as I had a party to decorate with limited funds. Not the first encounter with that lady neither, I thought a bad day maybe but now that Ive delt with her again Im sure shes just RUDE

Store employees are very resourceful and friendly. I am extremely satisfied with one named Gloria. She showed me a better product that is best offer to my need of making a Halloween mask and costume. Moreover, since Im a first time customer at the store, I feel comfortable in receiving her helping. I will visit this store in the future! Thank you.

Huge selection of fabrics, which you would expect. Very friendly service. They even make sure to let you know theres coupons available online, but it would be easier to just charge the lower price instead of having to jump though some hoops to get the discount.

The staff is very nice and helpful, the assortment of yarns and fabric is huge and there is something for everyone in their store. I like going there because of their coupons and other discounts. The return policy is also very generous.

Every time I forget and go to this store, Im amazed at how long it takes to get served. And they arent that customer-oriented in their attitudes, either. I dont think their selection of fabric is that good, either.

I LOVE Jo-Anns!!! Its an amazing Arts and Crafts store and the only one that I attend if I need yarn, fabric, and other great supplies for my projects. Their staff is knowledgeable and they are very helpful!
