The store itself is clean, organized, and has well selected variety of products in average to good condition in general (at times a bit over priced for obvious previously owned/used donations). However the employees customer service leaves much to be desired. I have observed a consistent negative attitude (rude /passive aggressive/unnecessary comments, reluctant to assistance when asked) toward paying customers- from sales associates on the sales floor, & at checkout-for example a cashier blatantly talk down to a gentleman in front both his young children when he asked for a new bag after his overstuffed one tore -spilling everything on the floor.as he knelt down to collect his things the young girl at the register commented- "um..rite...itll be 10 cents sir, k i told u 1 bag wouldnt hold everything.maybe next time u listen.." Ive seen associates roll their eyes at the checkout stand any time an elderly person rumages slowly for their change and iv heard cashiers insult customers under their breath as they watch them walk away through the front window. Their general air of arrogance is reprehensible

I swooned when Savers came back. By far the best Thrift Store & as an epileptic I gotta love their cause. Clothes sold are impeccable with no stains or tears in sight. Fabulous jewelry and designer handbags!! My favorite this is their grab bags in almost every dept. AND you get a substantial discount card when you donate at their curbside donation drop off. Amazing sales, early perks with their membership card, witty helpful staff and thrift store pricing (when other stores sell junk for retail prices. Another plus is that clothes are super organiized by size and type. No more picking through racks for an item you love!

Great prices on clothing, very large selection from toddler to adult both male and female. And its not old worn out clothing like Goodwill sells, plus the building is very well lit and very organized, very clean , also it doesnt smell like a moldy antique store inside ( Goodwill ). Lots of electronics / dvd players/ printers/ monitors etc. I am talking about Fountain Valley, CA Savers only, not the other Savers locations ? Best thrift store i ever been to. And i am not an employee, its worth the trip i promise. Very large store, lots of toys too. H. Woodruff. Orange County,CA.

If you sift through VERY diligently, it can be a source for knick knacks to flip and occasionally, a still usable designer blouse, sweater, or handbag for resale. Their books cost more than many library or thrift shops. They regularly overestimate the value of the items in their jewelry case, and even tried to sell an obviously used sterling silver Tiffany bracelet for more than it would cost to buy the exact same bracelet BRAND NEW from Tiffany itself!

The guy young kid who takes your stuff as a little dick mr. know it all but doesnt know anything the cashiers are pretty nice except a supervisor I cant remember her name but I bought some stuff there that I over-paid 4 but oh well live and learn. The quality of merchandise is decent but just make sure if you buy a shirt and check all the buttons on the sleeves expecially how to get 5 stars of someone would flirt with me

I feel like they exsist purely for benefit. They arent really thrift store. While they have name brands cheaper then I would buy brand new, they are still quite exepensive for being someones old, used clothes. Even their book selection is rather pricey. I can buy used books online and have them shipped to my house for a better price. I wouldnt recommend anyone go there if you are looking for a great deal.

Tricky on discounts. Charges tax on purchases. Goodwill or salvation army do not. Less than 3% goes to any charity. This is not a nonprofit, its a best buy in disguise. Savers made more than 3 billion dollars in revenue but keeps everything quite and tight lid. Be weary of donating here. There are some good discounts but now its been more retail than a discount store.

I bought a surround sound system from savers in Fountain Valley . I took it home to find out it doesnt work. I brought it back the next day and the manager refused to take it back. Beware of faulty electronics and furniture. I spent 35 bucks on a broken piece of equipment. Do not buy any electronics or furniture here. They will rip you off.

This place is very plain, full of second-hand clothing & merchandise, but there are some good deals to be found, depending on what youre looking for. For comparison, its bigger than the Goodwill store in South HB, & organized better. And, I found that the employees seem to be a bit more friendly & knowledgeable about their store.

Great to buy used clothes, but not for donation. If u want to donate, donate to salvation army or goodwill. This saver once sold a fake Tag Heuer for 500$.. i told them this was fake n need appraisal before selling it... but they kept selling it anyway...

I shop there offen & it is always a pleasant treasure hunt. If you have clothes or any household item to donate, Savers gives you a 5%-30% discount on anything in the store on your next shopping trip. Goodwill or Salvation Army doesnt offer that savings.

This is my favorite thrift shop out of all to buy clothing at. They actually organize their clothes by sizes, so its much easier to find things. The store is well kept up and clean. Have regular sales and can get some awesome deals.

Tried this location since our Lincoln bled location closed. Prices were high and seems to be more of a trendy millennial magnet now. Well be looking for a "real" thrift store to frequent.

This is by far the best store to shop for anything. You never know what you will find. It depends on what people of the community donate. Everyday is another new shopping experience.

My favorite thrift store. I have even been to other Savers and still like this one better. They keep it well organized by size (except the baby clothes) and the aisles are wide.

Its located in a nice shopping center with dining options. I like earning a % off for donating items. Theres a good variety of merchandise. However, theyre a little over priced.
