this place has bad customer service. We went in on sunday to fix an iPhone, the guy at the desk asked what the problem was and told us well its an iPhone go to Apple. So we did, spent the day there and wasnt working said not 1year warranty go back to sprint. Went back to this store the "MANAGER" said she could fix it and it wouldnt be a hassle to get the replacement, just had to do some thing at home then come back which we live on chapman so it was NOT that far. get back shes not there and no one wants to help. the guy even has the nerve to say "THE MANAGER" said she was coming back so wait. we wait, and wait and wait. then get told "THE MANGER" said she wasnt going to replace it an there was nothing they can do. BYE. I suggest you go to a different store.

Bad customer service and when upgrading phone they change my plan without asking and my bill goes from 150 to 950 because they removed the services i had on there. After the bill came out we went back to them to remove it and give us a refund they said they couldnt do it at the store and said we did those changes not them. It took almost 3 months of calling cs to get those charges removed. When it does the lady on the phone said it would have been easier to do it at the store. I have went to the store for 3 different kinds of problems and all of them they werent able to help me out. And made it a bigger mess. The manager is almost never there and employees dont want to help they want to sell.

Bad Cusyomer Service ever.... my new arrived Iphone was circling on the floor for a week they didnt bother to call me to pick it up .... been tild that they are really busy with this kind of reviews they have on google i dont know how they gets that busy !!!!

So i called asking nicely if this store had Any pokemon go badges and i was rudely told get A life .... I am thinking about how can you hire such people in that store. I going too find out who you are ... phone call was recorded..

Great customer service! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They found a better, more affordable plan for me and made sure I was happy. I will be referring friends/family to this store!

Service reps do not listen, after telling one of them what I was looking for he brought me something completely different, what a waste of time. Buy on line better.
