Bad customer service. Ordered a product to be pick up and when I went to pick up it took them more than 10 mins just to tell me they cannot find my order and that they cannot do anything only refund my money. I asked to speak with the manager and he would not come out. Another 10 mins and no manager! I them then went inside sears and started to ask for the manager and then he came out saying that there was a mixed up and they didnt had my order! I drove from Downey to Buena park for nothing! Oh and a customer before me had the same problem because I was there when they had to refund his money. Also leaving very upset. I dont think they are very professional in on how to handle customer service and they should not get paid for any customer who they mix up the order or misplaced as they mentioned lately is been happening very often. Bad customer service Sears of Buena park! No wonder so many are closing. No service no sales!

Very disappointed with the Customer Service in this store. I stopped by on July 15th to purchase a pair of boots for an upcoming trip. I found they were much too heavy and bulky so i decided i would return them after the trip. I came back to return the boots on August 20th, 35 days later. I was told by the manager that i could not return the brand new Boots because i was outside of the 30 day return policy, by only 5 days! All i wanted was store credit so i could purchase other boots. The manager, Patty, was extremely dismissive and basically told me NO before even trying to "help me". Her explanation was that she was unable to locate the records from only 35 days ago. I showed her bank records showing the transaction from "sears buena park" but she still refused to help me! terrible customer service and the Manager, Patty, is extremely rude and dismissive.

Went to Sears at bp to exchange the tool, they didnt have any so the guy by the name of Dennis who was trying to help me but was useless because he was unknowledgable about the product that I purchased trying to make it seem like I was an idiot, so I had to explain to him how the tool even works top get him to see my dilemma, at which point he said said they had some at the Westminster mall, because they didnt have anymore available, so I asked what time they closed, he said "same time as we do, 8pm", so I go. I get there at 6:59pm and the doors are already closed, which basically means I wasted my time because the associate at Sears not only had NO idea how the tool worked, bit didnt even know what time another store closed and made me waste my time for nothing!!!!!

Tried to get store credit to exchange an unused wet/dry vacuum filter I got as a gift. No receipt, no return and no help. I told the employee he may as well throw away the filter, since it does me zero good. Rather than bin it he wanted to put it aside to have Sears corporate process it, probably to put right back on the store shelf. I made him actually put it in the garbage can. He could probably take it out and put it back in inventory as far as I know, but hell have to go digging in the trash, if he even gave two s**ts about it. No wonder theyre going out of business. Good riddance.

This place outright disgust me! The slowest service and the rudest personel. They act as if they already know they will be out if business soon, but its not an excuse to be downright rude and not help load something purchased from thier store! Never again will we spend a dime there! Oh and we could of bought it online without the hassle anyways (figured that out after the fact obviously)! So shame on you and the regional,manager that allows this employment to continue under managed.

Honestly I would of gave this store a 1 star.. after an employee ring me up as a whole sale instead of ordering my gym equipment.. So I was waiting a whole week and didnt get a notification on when my item was coming but after talking to the new manager Mr. Lawrence. He was really nice and helpful. Fixed the problem, placed the order and told me exactly when it will come to the store. Felt really comfortable talking to him. 5 star because of him.

Every time I would go here there is always something new that makes this place unpleasant. Today its cash only and returns and exchanges arent accepted, a week ago it was someone fainting because the AC was broken or off. Every time I come here there is no staff to be found or they are less than helpful. Things always seem to be in disarray and I can never find what I need.

No wonder why this Sears has lowest rating, I just bought Fridge Kenmore 70509 on 7/2/2017 and it is over $399+ and I bought five years protection cost $199.99 and it should be free delivery but they charged me $69.99, the salesman name Kelvin I think he does not know what he is doing. Mostly in appliances section all the salesman are standing and doing nothing wow

Update: Money magazine lists them having the "worst" return policy. Seriously!!! Whats it going to hurt to exchange a bundle of socks!!! I paid cash and lost receipt so because they cant track that I purchased them within 30 days they refuse to exchange them. Thats not the type of store I want to spend my money at...never again!

This sears is nice but the worker over home appliances in tv section they are not helpful I ask them for something they always say no we dont anything about products or they are just chatting talking to there Co workers and wasting time very bad sears used to be best customer service know they dont care.

Service sucks. Just having an oil change takes forever. Wheel alignment takes ages. Service people will recommend things not really that important just to boost their sales. Customer service is so so. Not enough man power. I dont recommend for a car service or tune ups.

No help from sales men in the application development. Looking for a gas wall oven sales men said you order oven site in seen if it dont fit its your problem not theres. Will not get any application there any more.

I chose this store to pick up my order, and they made me wait like forever. Not recommend this store! Ps. They did not reserve the item that I ordered. Been there and waited for half hour for a guy to find my item.

I bought the warranty plan when i colled them to have it replaced or fix they told me there is no maranty after i peid 660 dollar for the warranty plan thats sucks

There arent enough sales people or registers open, and their system went down the rest of the evening, so we couldnt use credit cards. It was all a great inconvenience.

It seems like the auto and tools department all graduated from camp snoopy. They have no knowledge of products they carry and are very rude.
