I would give zero stars if I could. We went to exchange the note 7 for new non-exploding versions. We were there for literally 3 hours waiting to do this simple exchange. We were first informed that they did not have the colors that we wanted for our phones. Ok thats reasonable. But then, we found out that no one knew what they were doing. They called up customer service and were put on hold for 2 hours. Again we were patient and waited for the sales man to figure out how to do his job. Finally when he got someone on the line, the representative explained to the guy how to do the exchange. Or so we thought. We ended up waiting another hour for him to figure out how to do it. After it was all said and done, he then informed us that we would have to pay sales tax on the two note 7s that we were exchanging. Let me repeat that, he wanted us to pay 160$ for defective phones that we had already purchased. At this point we were fed up with all the nonsensical errors this employee and store were making. So we left. I would rather keep my exploding phone than have the misfortune of dealing with these amateurs again.

Richard is the BEST! No idea who the other two are below but theyre right. I drove 60 miles out of my way to go see him (after a bad AT&T local experience) on Christmas Eve and not only did he help me after they had closed, he went ahead and transferred my data for me without a complaint and joked around with my boyfriend and I until he was done. I would happily drive out of my way to make sure someone deserving gets paid commission as Im sure these guys do. Go see Richard. He is awesome, and you wont regret it!

Bad technician! Went there twice & they cannot fix simple problem (insert the SIM card incorrectly). They blame on the device and told me to buy another one. Finally I found the manual through google.

awesome customer service. Hong the manager is great! very helpful
