Visited the Glendora store today to get a phone fixed but ended up getting a great deal for a replacement. Edwin Rojas and Josh Ramirez made sure we understood the process and both went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care. They set up our phone and made sure we understood everything before we left. We would definitely be coming back!

By far the best sprint store Ive ever been to jeff really helped me understand how to work my phone because Im new to the "smart phone" thing.. I will always come back to sprint Glendora everyone there makes me feel welcome thanks again Jeff!!

Edwin Rojas was the guy who served us. not the best. didnt explain himself thoroughly and to the customers understanding. Also the name on the receipt was named Vincent i believe. so idk what his name was. 3/5

Would not switch service to Sprint. They dont tell you that it takes 60 days to receive the gift card to pay off your balance. They are rude when you talk to them. False advertising. I will stay with Verizon

Walked in to get a sim card for my Google Pixel so I could get some service. They dont carry the SIM card for it. Only older phones. Why open a store if youre not equipped for the current generation?
