The employees here are rude and disrespectful. The ONLY reason I ever shop here is because its the closest store to home. However, I am ready to pretend this Giant doesnt even exist. The pricing isnt correct-GIANT issue, not employee issue. Every time I shop I have top go to customer service to have an adjustment made to my receipt. The customer service deal too m should be renamed to NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. Why do they make me feel as if Im am interruption to their day when Im having to waste my time getting an adjustment for something they didnt do correctly??? Good bye Giant.... Bonus card? I think not. More like BURDEN card.

I have been shopping her for 3 years with less and less frequency as they are always dropping staple products that I depend on. When I have inquired with the staff about several products that I can no longer find there, they have on 3 occasions told me that they would look into it and call me back. I have never been called back by an employee of this store. I now have to drive over an hour away to get organic baby formula and bread that I used to buy here.

Terrible selection, poor use of space, often dont restock shelves with sale items (instead, if one wants the product, one must wander around the store looking to see if it is in one of their idiotic special displays), and to top it off, one must constantly check receipts to be sure the prices are what they should be! I could go on, but I am typing this on a cell phone.....

Hit and miss shopping experience. Staff ranges from adults to high school kids in the evenings. The adults are ruder than the kids. Staff doesnt care if you run into a problem. Solve it yourself or call the 800 number is normally the solution. New manager started recently so hopefully change will come for the better. This is a smaller giant with a modified selection.

This store sucks, never have what you ne4ed or what is on sale. Unfortunately the only reason one would buy from this store is because it is close. When in Harrisburg, I go to KARNS or Weis to do my shopping, They have what I need and have what is on sale. Giant you have failed the people of Northern Dauphin. SHAME ON YOU!

This store is Constantly discontinuing items I use and moving its stock around which makes it difficuly to shop here. I have to drive approx 20 miles to another giant to use my Gas Rewards. Plus side 98% of the employees are very nice and helpful!

Produce and bakery are terrible! This store is in desperate need of a revamp and new managment that cares about the store! If looking for rotten mushy produce this is your store! Most of the cashiers need a personality also!

Positive: clean, friendly, not crowded, and I can usually get what I need. Negative: This is the littlest Giant and it does not have the selection that you will see at larger stores.

Smaller store than the other Giants in central PA. It doesnt have all the extra speciality shops the larger Giants do, but it serves its purpose!☺

Always open, have problems finding stuff sometimes, not as diverse as some Giant stores, but we dont have need for it in our area.
