This is my closest grocery store but I drive to another one. Occasionally one of us will shop there but when we meet its always the same comment, "I went to the Safeway and they still suck...I cant believe it...never again." I cant believe the consistent level of incompetence Ive seen there for years - its predictable. The staff doesnt know where anything is, the checkout takes FOREVER, the store is generally dirty and its always like shopping at WalMart. Now, if Im there, its like a game to just observe the disfunction. They do have all the Safeway corporate stuff and if you can find the - possibly - one employee that knows how to use/find/operate/look-up/cut/order it, you are in OK shape...until you get to the endless checkout process conducted by people have worked there for one day and cant figure out the proper code for any produce. This spot used to be the Enchanted Forest; the enchantment has worn off.

This location is always well kept and fully stocked. Only con is, other than the self check stations, there is usually just one cashier. And once in a while youll get that one annoying if not lazy & grumpy face bagger that throws your groceries around, over stuffs 1 bag full of heavy glass items.... not bothering to double bag. Clearly she can see an accident waiting to happen as she flings it into my cart, all the while asking me if im ok? Ugh! I mostly enjoy my time grocery shopping but that one ruined my whole day. I guess Im still reaquainting myself being back in the Mainland And Not Germany using my own bags & bagging my own goods myself.

Extremely horrible customer service. I left an item at the store and came in w/o my receipt to claim the item. The "manager" or whoever it was on duty was adamant about not being able to assist despite the fact that I had a club membership and the purchase was made with it. Is safeway that backward in technology to not be able to retrieve this info? I will not be shopping here or at any other safeway store. Ill take my hard earned money to somewhere I can be respected.

I go here for the pharmacy, and the pharmacy staff is very friendly and egar to help. They are always helping to provide ways for the cheapest alternatives, and they are remarkably patient when it comes to entering new data from the GoodRX application for each prescription. The employees of the actual grocery store are just as friendly and helpful. Theyve gone out of their way to help find items in the store even when it was close to closing time.

I work in the area so I come here often. Its hard to find arugala anuwhere and they have it in a big container for $5 I dont mind shopping here, always seem fine. Self checkout work well and the cashiers are usually good. I like going in the morning or late at night. Nothing bad to really say.

I hate this place the self checkout never works and there is never a person there to help you!! And I went there this past saturdau and they did not have any bags to put my grocies in!! Im tired of going here and waiting in long lines! DONT EVEVEN BOTHER SHOPPING HERE

Four stars because it can be pricey. However, the flowers and fresh bread cant be beat, anywhere in town. The store is clean, thanks to the help of a speedy red-headed courtesy clerk. Just dont go around spilling stuff, or his Mama will come after you ;)

One (human) checker, long lines at the self-serve checkouts (2 of the 6 were out-of-order). Really high prices on produce if you do not have a Safeway card. If you have a card, then just high prices. Can you believe $2.49 for a single "large" avocado?

Decent selections, was unable to find shallots there. Meat department is ok, though I can rarely find turkey thighs. They used to carry non-dairy sour cream & cream cheese, but not anymore. So I think Ill be stopping here less.

Its a larger grocery store with quite a few fresher offerings. Their produce always seems to be a little more fresh than other stores in the area. Having a Starbucks inside also helps on those Sunday morning trips.

Just did the online grocery delivery. Giving it a 10+ All the produce, vegetables and meats, etc. were in perfect condition. I couldnt have done better myself. What a time saver. Great service and online deals.

The have some rude cashiers who dont want to take coupons. And coupons that work fine at Giant always beep at this Safeway and they refuse to take them.
