Staff was either hard to come by or not helpful at all. Model/hobby section has been reduced drastically, with more attention to different crafting. Was looking for small wooden letters and not only was i directed to the wrong area once, but they were not helpful when asked about finding missing letters. Coupons are readily accepted though.

Came into the store with the intention of buying heavy duty thread and needle that can sew through rubber inner tubes. Asked three Associates for recommendations. None of them was helpful. One actually said, "I work here but I dont know anything about crafting". Wow.

Atmosphere is a little bleak with big white walls, floor, and ceilings. Staff is friendly, products are appropriately grouped and organized, and the line moves quickly. Prices seem right for the products - except frames are super expensive.

This Michaels is a medium size store. They carry the same items you find in any other Michaels just like any chain store. Dont forget the weekly coupon, which is also available in the App. The staff is helpful but not to much friendly,

Although this location is not the one closest to my home, this is my preferred Michaels location. I just feel that I can navigate and find things easier at this store.
