I needed help finding a fabric so I asked the woman at the check out register. She pointed me to the aisle the fabric would be in. The fabric was not where she pointed. She then came over and said it was the next aisle. I found the fabric but there was only a yard or so left. She asked me how much I needed and before I could answer, she walked away. So I went to the counter where they cut the fabric and asked that woman if they had more of this fabric. She did not say a word and walked away as well. She, at least, came back with said fabric but she still did not say anything. She just set it down on the counter. I told her I needed 3 yards. She cut it and handed me a receipt, still not saying a word!!! Both employees were extremely rude and should not work in customer service! I will never shop there again

Worst Jo Anns Ive ever been too. Theres no music so the whole shopping experience is uncomfortable. We went to the check out area and waited more than five minutes and no one ever came to ring us up. Eventually we found someone cutting fabric and they said that they would go run the register, but that we would have to wait in line to have our foam piece measured, even though it was already cut, bundled, and prepared for individual sale. Meanwhile the manager and at least two other employees were wandering around and if you tried to look at them or get theyre attention theyd quickly busy themselves with something so they didnt have to help. Completely ridiculous. My mom and I will definitely not revisit this location.

Extremely rude and when my entire order was rung in incorrectly they argued with me. The order was re-rung and yes incorrectly again. This is the first Joann fabrics location that I will never return to again.

As always, the clerks at the JoAnn Fabric Store in Westminster, Md. was very professional, customer friendly, and very willing to answer questions. My transaction was quick and painles.
