This place is amazing. Jill (the woman at the measuring counter) was FANTASTIC. My friend and I came in there to find fabric to replace another fabric on a custom dress. Jill was knowledgeable, extremely helpful, patient, friendly and kind. She had deep experience and it showed. I didnt realize that fabric could be so complex. I would absolutely shop here again. I saved 40% on my most expensive item using an online coupon!

They have a huge selection of products and are very helpful, especially when it comes to using craft products in unconventional ways. Im mechanical engineer and I have used various craft supplies to make prototypes -- for example, I wanted to use fleece and fiberglass resin to create a mold and they helped identify the best weight of fleece for my purposes.

Because of the stores size, its usually hit or miss when it comes to finding a specific item. Compared to the Jo-Anns in Springfield, this store is really small. I recommend checking the stock online before coming or calling in. The fabric selection is awesome and theres a big bin of fabric remnants for up to 80% off.
