My husband and I went in to look at Christmas trees and the store was extremely busy for the middle of the day (we thought they wouldnt be busy with people at work but were we wrong). An employee by the name of Jennifer (short hair very attractive) was the only person on the floor and she was a tremendous help. She took her time in helping us with a Christmas tree and even helped my husband get it in the car (his back is messed up). You need more employees like her she went above and beyond with excellent customer service. Wish more retail stores had employees like her. This was the Colonial Heights VA store. Wished I had gotten her last name so management could recognize her and reward her for an outstanding job. Keep up the excellent job Jennifer and thank you!!!!

Wanted to charge an outrageous price to stretch a painting Im talking over $700 and they didnt even have the stretcher bars there it would of taken 2 weeks for them to get it in well I bought the bars off eBay for $80 and streched it my self in 30 minutes never done it before and it had to be the easiest straight forward process ever I dont understand why they think they can charge so much to do something so easy

Save your money and take it to JoAnns or Hobby Lobby. Even tho they are constantly having sales at Michaels, the other two stores are cheaper. The lines are usually very long and finding help is hard. Clean bathroom tho.

Storage Containers are 50% off this week. They blacked out the US price of 9.99 and containers rang up 14.99 which is the Canadain price. Very disappointed in this deception.
