Parking is easy, the main floor is well signed, cleaned and stocked. The sublevel where the classroom and restrooms are is also very clean. The cashier was very friendly. Will definitely continue to stop in when Im in the neighborhood.

Good selection of crafts. As others have noted before, the layout is a little haphazard. Located at the Friendship Heights metro stop. Staff was nice enough when I was there.

Rather disorganized layout made it hard to find things. Only small signs above the shelving to know where things are. Otherwise its your typical Michaels.
